This is by far the BEST McDonald’s that we’ve been to in years! This McDonald’s is VERY nice and CLEAN. The food came out in a timely manner and the whole entire order was correct. The lady, Stephanie, that helped us was very polite and she got the order right the first time. She is by far the KINDEST McDonald’s worker that we’ve came across probably in years as well. That sweet lady deserves a raise! I’m not sure why this McDonald’s has such a low rating, but like I said.. it’s by far the nicest and cleanest (best) McDonald’s we’ve been in.. in years.

Don’t waste your time. Go up the street to Starbucks.
Some people are unbelievable. Why would you hand me a coffee like it’s hot when it’s ice cold?
What kind of service is this?
This place needs to be shut down with all these one-star reviews. Clearly, nobody here cares about customer service or quality.
Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

I’m not surprised this McDonald’s at 1585 Pooler Parkway in Pooler, Georgia only has about a two-star rating. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I was told at the window that the three McFlurries I ordered were unavailable because the machine was down. While removing the McFlurry from my bill, they also accidentally removed the additional large fry I had requested. When I reached the next window, I asked if I could pay for the extra large fry, and the manager rudely told me they had no way to charge me at that window and walked off. Absolutely horrible customer service.
