  Looks are deceiving nice new store that’s ran like a cheap zoo food took over 30 min workers just talking and not really doing anything workers kids running around all over the place not in the play area the main dining room like they own the place. Ridiculous.

  If I could rate 0 I would. This place is absolutely disgraceful and disrespectful. How you make people wait in line and then turn the screen off when I finally get to the screen? You couldn’t even say anything, you just waited 20 more mins and cut the lights off while you still had people in line. And ya wonder why people make a mockery of the company online.

  I don’t understand how you order a large drink and end up getting more ice than actual drink. If I order a large, whether I want ice or no ice, I should still receive the full amount of the drink I paid for. Just because I asked for no ice doesn’t mean my cup should only be filled halfway while I’m still being charged full price. On top of that, when I order a large fry, it looks more like a medium fry. So I’m confused why customers are paying extra for large sizes but not actually receiving the full amount they paid for. It’s disappointing and honestly feels misleading.

  I have to admit, this McDonald’s in Pooler is one of the best out there right now. Probably one of the few left like this in the U.S. I travel a lot, and I used to avoid fast food because of bad experiences. But honestly, I love McDonald’s juice, and that’s why I stop by almost every morning. If it wasn’t for the customer service at this location, I wouldn’t go daily. In most places, it’s frustrating dealing with rude cashiers or missing items, and if you try to say something, it turns into a whole situation. Here, it’s the opposite. They’re always friendly, fast, and get orders right. You can tell there’s a healthy work environment, and that makes all the difference. I really appreciate the service—please keep it up and don’t change. There are people like me who truly notice and value the difference.
