I read in several places that it was the customers choice but I wasn't given the choice, I was handed a glazed doughnut and when I asked about a certain doughnut I was told "sold out" . Requested a refund due to her underwhelming service and she didn't know how to do that either. Store is filthy and staff is marginal at best. Location should be closed. To make matters worse I called the store twice before arrival to confirm the deals and Manager advised that she could not answer phone. Save your time and your money go someplace else.
