  I usually don't like writing negative reviews, but unfortunately I felt I had to share my experience. I purchased Food Lion brand peanut butter and ketchup, but I was disappointed with the quality of both products. Since Food Lion advertises a "Double Your Money Back Guarantee" on its store-brand products, I returned to the store expecting the guarantee to be honored. Instead, I was told they could not accept the return because the products had been opened. I don't understand how anyone can judge the quality of a food product without opening it first. To make matters worse, the customer service desk employee was very rude and dismissive throughout the interaction, making the experience even more disappointing. A satisfaction guarantee should stand behind the quality of the products it promotes, and if there are exclusions for opened items, they should be clearly communicated to customers. Because of this experience, I will not be shopping at this Food Lion again, and I cannot recommend it to others. I hope the store improves both its customer service and the way it handles its satisfaction guarantee. Hopefully food lion fire that bad customer service lady to improve their store experience and customer service.

  It was our first time there and we enjoyed shopping there everything was easy to find and the cashier was exceptional when I'm in town again I will very much be shopping there again 👍🏾

  Lovely store! I shop here quite frequently. It is located near my job, which makes it very accessible! Never overwhelmingly crowded like some other grocery stores that I shall not name. I enjoy the rewards program and being able to get a discount lovely! Most of the staff is great! Unfortunately one cashier is quite rude, and I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was having a bad day. But now on several occasions, I feel like she has been very snappy and rude. She never smiles, but she does give you an auto tone thank you when she hands you your receipt. I feel like she hates her job and she hates the customers that come in there. Other than that, like I said before the store is great and I would’ve left a 5 star review!
