- TEThomas E3 days ago1.0I placed a mobile order for “Walk-In”. I arrived at store to find out inside is closed. The drive thru was VERY LONG!!!! Very upset they did not disable “Walk-In” on mobile app!! I could not cancel my order. Ownership please disable it on the mobile app in the future!!

- CKChristina KennyApr 5, 20261.0was extremely disappointed with my experience at Dunkin’ Donuts. I ordered a coffee, and when it was handed to me, it was clearly cold and tasted old. I asked the employee if she could make a fresh pot, and she hesitated, mentioning she would have to throw the current coffee away. I explained that no one wants to pay $4 for a cold, stale cup of coffee. She agreed to make a fresh pot and told me it would take about five minutes. However, she returned in just two minutes with another cup, which ended up tasting like watered-down coffee. At that point, I was so frustrated that I just left. Unfortunately, I ended up spending $4 on what was essentially a cup of water. This location should be embarrassed serving coffee of this quality.

She is a poor representation of Dunkin and shows she doesn’t value her job or respect for others! I will continue to patronize the other Pooler location where my business is appreciated! I will be calling corporate to pursue this matter further.
