i’ve ordered delivery 3 seperate times and ordered a 2 liter every time. not a single time have i received it, it would be really nice to not waste $4 on a drink and not even get it. if you are going to order from this store on the weekend, do a carry out. it took me 2 hours to get my food tonight from order to delivery.

I have NEVER been so enraged as trying to deal with the dominos customer service or… God forbid… have someone answer the phone. They didn’t deliver half my order. I’ve tried to call. And am currently on hold…. 32 min and counting. I’ve tried the app. I’ve tried the website. I’m now going to have to drive my happy behind to the store and try NOT to act out so bad that I will find myself on social media and forever be dubbed “crazy pizza lady”. Goodbye Dominos. I’m done with you.

Where to begin? When you call, you get an automated AI attendant. You can easily enough speak to a human, (though obviously at a call center in who-knows-where on the planet) and that part was more, or less, OK. At the end of my order, after I was given a total, I said I would like to add a tip for the driver. She said that the order was already processed and that it was too late. She indicated that she could have done this prior to closing out the check. (Had she told me this, I would have.) She said that maybe they could do this at the store level and that she would transfer me (ha!) Next, I said that I forgot, but I would like to add some paper plates to my order. She said that for that, she would have to transfer me to the store. This seemed a little inconvenient (read: ridiculous! because, why I not make this request with her?) but, OK....I tried to adhere to the ridiculousness. Well, 20 minutes later, I was still on perma-hold. No person ever picked up. I finally hung up. I called back (multiple times). The system now recognized my order, and said it was "in the oven". I continued to try to speak to a live person to get my paper plates, but, no matter how long I held, no one came on. But...forget the paper plates. How about my order? It is now going on 3 hours later and no delivery. When I call, I can not reach a live person. I receive a message stating that my pizza has been boxed and is awaiting a delivery driver. It is a feedback of frustration. I wish I had seen all the 1-star reviews before ordering. But alas, it was not until I found myself caught in the web of NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE that I researched them and discovered that I am obviously far from alone. SO, IN MY OPINION: AVOID, AVOID, AVOID: LIKE "THE NOID!" Note that It is currently 12:35AM Eastern time. Hours after my order was placed and confirmed, and still no delivery. I will never order from Domino's again as a result of this. Update: The next day, I called the store again and could not reach a live person. Then I called again and selected the prompt to place an order. Surprise...I got a live person. I explained the situation and advised that I needed help/needed a refund. They told me...wait for it...I would need to speak to the store and they would transfer me there! UN-BE-LIEVE-ABLE. They transferred me, and to my "surprise" I was left on "perma-hold" and eventually had to hang up. I found a customer service number for Domino's and called. The message indicated that for order issues, you would need to talk to the store (You mean the store that never answers my calls? THAT STORE?) Or you can go on Domino's website and contact "Customer Support" there. I did that and received an email response stating "Thank you for providing us your feedback and giving us the opportunity to assist you. We have created a case for you to report the information you provided to the responsible party for resolution. Your case reference number can be located in the subject line of this email.Thank you again for reaching out." It has been two days and have heard nothing. This should be an open and shut case. Customer placed and paid for an order. It never arrived. Immediate refund/apology is owed. Nope. Make customer jump through hoops and waste all sorts of time to get a refund. What an absolute disgrace. This is a reminder to patronize mom and pop pizza joints, not big corporations. It shows how unaccountable businesses can become as they grow too large. Vote with your pocketbook---choose independent establishments that value their customers. Abandon companies that disrespect their customers! Domino's Pooler: Based on all of the 1 star reviews, you already know what your customers think about you. Congrats!!! You've earned it!!! I want to nominate you for "Worst Domino's In America!" I think you have a real shot! Domino's the corporation: What's wrong with you that you allow this store to remain open? And why do you make it so hard for customers to get support when things go wrong? I perceive how much you value your customers. Bravo!!!
