  Food was great, it wasn't packed at 8:30 on a Friday night, and Jay our server was fantastic. What wasn't fantastic was watching the bar staff mix an untold number of different cocktails without once washing a single piece of mixing equipment or even rinsing it. This includes making drinks that include ingredients that people are commonly allergic to including: coconut, pineapple, and strawberry. Not a single member of staff was bothered by this.

  You need a million tickets to get anything. Which isn't that big of a deal but when your kid has a couple thousand tickets and can't get anything other then some 1 dollar B.s. it sucks , especially for the money you spend there. Might as well not even have a ticket store.

  My goodness this location has really gone down. Poor management, terrible service and cold food. Terrible. Managers just standing around with staff laughing and joking while customers wait for them to serve them. Tons of staff and little customers. We had to wait about an hour before we even got our food. And after waiting so long, the food was still cold. This happened several times. But never again will we have this experience. As a fellow restaurant owner, I know this is a recipe for disaster.

  Dont get me wrong we had a decent time, but weve never been to a dave and busters so it was a learning experience and we had to teach ourselves because staff wasnt very helpful or friendly. We made a reservation for dinner at 8 but came at 7 to play first, I explained that to the girl up front and she said "yeah we will let you know when its ready". Well took me forever to figure out how to even get the card to play. I saw dude in the referee shirt walking around and walked quickly behind him to get his help and said "hey" and he literally turned around and said "...hey.. really?" As if im supposed to greet this middle aged man with some proper bow and a pardon me good sir. My toddler just wants to play games buddy, i wouldnt need your help if your store communicated any type of process better. Well by 8:30 we were starving and there were tons of open tables. We still hadn't received any communication and i no longer felt the staff was friendly enought to even ask anymore questions so we just went to Texas roadhouse. It was okay but I wouldn't come back.

  I have been to a Fave and Busters before but my family has not. This would be their first time and we wanted something to lighten up the mood after driving to Florida for a funeral and was on our way back to Virginia. We were really excited. Walked in got helped with a table immediately and setting was great. Waited 5 minutes before getting our drinks and decided to book a hotel so yhe kids could take time and have fun and we planed on dropping a few hundred dollars here. The adult drinks were decent but expensive for how they tasted( again decent but not worth cost). We needed time with all the options to eat. We ordered cheese stick stack for appetizer and came out nice and fresh (perfect!) Did not take too long i guess. As we sat there it dis start to get busy but people were also leaving. After another 8 minutes server came back and we were ready to order our entrees. The table next to us had a family of 4 who sat down after we ordered. Long story short they got their food the same time we got ours but... it took about 20+ minutes as I stared at my watch trying to figure out what's going on because I see alot of food sitting at counter hoping it's ours. 6 hour drive and the first thing we were going to eat, so we were hungry! Anyways, server dropped off food and ask if we needed anything else and we were good at the time. We started to dig in and immediately noticed fries were room temp and even had cold ones at bottom. This was for all 4 entree. Kids pizza cooled down so.much that they all stuck together and I had to pry them apart. I took a bite of my burger and was not happy that it was not warm as it stated Hot and fresh in the menu and made to order. It tasted good but I want a hot burger, not a deli sandwich... the Philly cheesesteak had more bread and was lacking the cheese part of it. Picture will be attached. The battered shrimp was soggy and falling apart. Anyways we were starving and everyone just wanted food so they ate but me. I was paying and work really hard for what I have and am constantly away from family cause of work. So I was not having it. I waited 10 minutes before the server came back to check on us before I asked to remove my meal cause I didn't want it and to pay for it. Everyone else ate theirs and explained all of this to the server and expressed that we understand but we don't want cold food. I didn't want anything else cause I was afraid they spit in my food or something so I said I'll just drink my beer and go to mcdonalds or something and try to be happy. Eventually at end of meal I was very frustrated but tried to put myself in the servers shoes. I am not sure if they were short handed or what... however again yhe bill would have been over 200$, u til the manager came over and talked to us. I explained everything and why we were there and for a first time this was not a good impression. The manager took care of our meal and arcade cards but I was raised bot to take handouts and refused at first because we ate the meal. The manager insisted and I said I'll agree if I can pay for the drinks. Cause I am not a bummer and nothing is free in life. This made me feel.better but I was hungry.. so I suffered and let the family enjoy the arcade. To which I discovered 1 of the cards was bot loaded correctly and had to spend 29$ to reload it. Instead of making another scene , I went on with my life because the manager compt it. At the end of yhe day, the arcade was amazing and the drinks were alright but I wouldn't recommend for food.. Atmosphere is getting 4 stars because of manager, vibe and arcade. I gave 3 stars because they tried to fix the issue and the food sucked, period. I still tipped the waited 25$. Oh, the waiter mentioned that adding the cards on to our bill here would help her out. So I said old, but notice the tipped more than doubled. I asked why am I tipping for the cards? I think she tried to pull a fast one and i tipped 25 instead of the 23.23$ it should have been originally. Thanks for everything but we will not return here. Pooler GA
