  The service was great! Our waitress was extremely friendly and very consistent but the food was absolutely horrible! My husband and I ordered an appetizer platter of three mini sliders, French fries and 5 small wings that came out cold for 20 DOLLARS! The wings were just frozen wings that seemed to be reheated and still came out soggy and cold, the fries were stale like they were sitting out for a good 20 minutes. On top of that there were only three tables being served. There was no lunch or dinner rush. We also got spinach artichoke dip that also came out cold and served with stale chips for 10 dollars. We let our waitress know that our food was cold and had another plate come out exactly the same. If I’m paying 30 dollars for that small amount of food I expect it to be fresh. Also, the price for the amount of food you get is outrageous and needs to be adjusted; especially if everything is coming out of a freezer and being reheated. I also recommend bringing your own drinks because a Coca Cola costed us about 4 dollars, my daughters small sprite was 2 dollars and my husbands spiked Redbull was 10. The waitress gave us a military discount for our struggles but it only took off 2 dollars. So just for that small appetizer platter, chips, dip and drinks cost us 47 dollars before tip with military discount. Absolutely unacceptable, I’ve never been so disappointed with a restaurant in my life.

  First, I should say that we're lucky to have a Dave and Busters in Pooler. The staff is fantastic! The games are clean, and they work properly. The floors and restaurant are clean. It's a nice place, really. But I'm disappointed to pay $20 each for salads with brown lettuce and apples, and chicken that was fried in old oil. If they're charging premium prices for salads, ensure that the oil and produce is fresh. Our experience was excellent because of their awesome staff. But I'm less than impressed with the food quality.

  We came to celebrate my son’s birthday at Dave & Buster’s today and had such a great experience — a huge part of that was our server, Sunny! From the beginning, Sunny was so kind, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcomed. Celebrating a kid’s birthday can sometimes feel chaotic, but she helped make everything easy and fun. She checked in at the perfect times and made sure we had what we needed! The food, games, and overall experience were great, but Sunny’s service is what really made the visit stand out! Thank you for helping make my son’s birthday such a good one — we’ll definitely be back! 🎉🎮🧡 (And if Sunny has a manager reading reviews… she deserves the shoutout 👏)

  My husband and I stopped by Dave & Buster’s during our staycation honeymoon and had an absolute blast! We went on Double Point Wednesday and spent the afternoon playing games and collecting tickets. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the prize counter was amazing and patiently scanned what felt like a million cards’ worth of tickets after we got hooked on the Star Wars coin pusher game. We also had a manager take the time to explain how the game worked, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Thanks to all our winnings, we left with a 20” pool table, a gaming headset, two pairs of fun socks, an LMG Nerf gun, and two lollipops! We had so much fun laughing, competing, and trying our luck that the hours flew by. We’ll definitely be back again. It was a fantastic way to spend part of our honeymoon, and the staff helped make it a memorable experience!

  One of the managers at this location I believe her name was Yami? was literally hitting a thc pen in the bathroom, it made the whole bathroom smell like thc. It’s a children’s place. When I saw she had started to hit the thc pen she didn’t even try to make an effort to stop she continued and then tried to hold in any type of smoke but ultimately wasn’t able to. Try explaining this to your 5 years old who loved going to Dave and busters that i can longer take her to because if your managers are under the influence im sure there’s not many restrictions to the guests as well.
