We had a party of 14 at Dave & Buster's, and Myra was absolutely outstanding! She handled our large group with ease, kept everything organized, and made sure everyone had a great experience. The service was wonderful from start to finish, and the games were a lot of fun for all ages. Myra's friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out and helped make our visit memorable. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Myra, for the excellent service!

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door, and there was no wait for a table. Kelli, our server, was fantastic and attentive. The manager, Amanda, also checked on us to see if we needed anything or if we wanted any of their TVs tuned in to a particular game. We also enjoyed the “play” aspect. Our kid has never been to a place like this before and had a blast!

Nature was AMAZING! She took care of us all night and made sure we had everything we needed. She was looking out for everybody around us too and making sure everyone was good. Her energy was great, she was super attentive, and she really made our night that much better. Five stars all around because she deserves every single one!! ✨✨

I used to visit Dave and Busters in NY when I lived there. I was delighted to find out that there is one nearby. I’ve lived in this area since 2003. Me and my friend walked in and immediately decided we want to sit at the bar for our experience. We both work in restaurants and between us have two decades of experience. We sat at the bar and waited patiently. It was not very busy. It was after 9pm on a weekday (Thursday). My friend had never been to this establishment and we had good expectations from our friends. We get it when things go wrong. The food part got messed up but that would have been a “whatever”. What was not as acceptable was how we actually felt ignored. The food and ambience can’t carry the whole experience. We were out celebrating my 60th birthday. The bartender Ava I think had RBF the whole time and barely acknowledged us. My friend mentioned to her in celebration of me that it’s my birthday which we got a weak smile and a happy birthday uttered. GIRL fake it!!! Pretend or put on your acting skills. I do all the time!!! My tips are better for it! We work in this industry and this was a terrible experience. My friend never wants to come back. Me being a server I’ll try again. Food was really good. The games were fun. Hostesses were helpful and nice. But bartender…. Please for the love of humanity. Do better. Anticipating needs is key.
