  Ordered drive up so don’t know about inside but food was good compared to other chipotles. Soft rice, not crazy salted, soft juicy chicken

  Hi, I’m just here to say something about the last comment. They NEVER said they that were calling the police. YOU DID NOT come in uniform. You lying about chipotle workers is lowkey pathetic ngl. I’m writing this as a customer. They never raised their voices… Have a good day Alexandra Murray

  I am writing to formally report an unacceptable experience I had at your establishment. I entered the store as a service member accompanied by my disabled daughter, intending to purchase a meal for her. When I attempted to purchase side items, the manager rudely informed me that I could not purchase them. When I responded to her, she accused me of being rude, although my response was not disrespectful or inappropriate. The manager then raised her voice at me, stated that she would not serve me or my daughter, and threatened to call the police. When I asked why I was being refused service, she stated that she simply “didn’t feel like serving me today.” I find this behavior completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I should not have been yelled at, refused service without a legitimate explanation, or threatened with police involvement simply for attempting to purchase a meal for my disabled child. As a service member, I am particularly concerned about the manner in which I was treated while in uniform and accompanying my disabled daughter. I will be reporting this incident through the appropriate channels, including notifying military leadership of the treatment I received. I am requesting that this incident be investigated, including reviewing any available surveillance footage and speaking with the manager and employees who witnessed the interaction. I also expect an explanation regarding why I and my daughter were refused service and why the police were threatened to be called. This type of treatment is unacceptable and should not happen to any customer, particularly a parent accompanied by a disabled child.

  Not a good chipotle they were out of almost every ingredient. I need it for my food cheese. The new chicken didn’t have the lime chips nothing but teenagers work in there would not recommend this store at all. I went around 8 o’clock just because you’re closing at 10 don’t mean stop putting out food.

  I had such a great experience at Chipotle today! J’Asia was amazing she was so patient and helpful while helping me decide what I wanted for my drink. She’s very sweet, beautiful, and has such a pleasant attitude. Her customer service was top-tier, and she genuinely made me feel welcomed and taken care of. She definitely deserves some recognition! 🥰 And whoever was working today, 8/20 around 4:20 PM… Y’ALL DID THE DAMN THING with this burrito! 😂🔥 I haven’t seen a burrito made this good since high school, and that was about 8 years ago! Everything was packed perfectly and it was actually giving what it was supposed to give. Please keep whoever made that burrito around! 😂👏🏽
