  Food feels like it has been poured in from canned food. Very salty and very limited quantity. Not enough chicken in the item. We have had a good times with this location but I guess it is falling prey to corporate greed. On top of that, they want us to tip the people that they are getting paid to do. Corporate greed at its best !!! Definitely not recommended and would never revisit !!!

  I stood in line for 10 minutes. I was the only person in line, there were 5 people behind the counter and no one even acknowledged me or told me “give us a second” nothing. It was like I wasn’t even standing there. Then a guy got in line behind me so someone shouted out “line” but no one moved to acknowledge me still so I left. I don’t mind having to wait but not even looking at me and ignoring me while just going about your business cleaning up is crazy customer service.

  Although this is a busy area with lots of options, this Chipotle location is one I will not go back to. Nothing was replenished unless you asked about it, the manager around 8pm was very laid back and not concerned with the cleanliness or whether or not food was being replenished. They claimed there were no chips even with a reward I had for a free entree and chips. Someone working on pick-up orders voiced they had some in the back but they weren’t bagged, those ended up being stale with the bottom of the barrel guac given instead of what I asked for which was something fresher.

  This was one of the most disappointing experiences at a Chipotle. They were out of steak and didn't seem to care, so I got barbacoa. He had to use a spoon to get what meat was swimming in a bowl of grease. By the time I got over half way through trying to eat this burrito, the tortilla fell apart and my food was everywhere. Also, the only toppings I asked for was hot sauce, sour cream and cheese. Somehow they managed to get all those toppings on one end of the burrito. The burrito fell apart by the time I took a bite with the toppings. All the reviews are are either what a great job this location does or how horrible. Save yourself the guess work as to which experience you will have and go to the Five Guys next door.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Chipotle on Pooler Parkway near Savannah Quarters. We ordered two burritos—one vegetarian and one steak burrito—and both were made poorly. The vegetarian burrito was not wrapped correctly and was falling apart, while the steak burrito contained steak that was so chewy it was inedible. Because the food was unsatisfactory, we politely requested a refund. At no point did we raise our voices or behave disrespectfully. Despite remaining calm, Bruce and Joshua ( not sure if this was their real names ) were extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they mocked us for asking for a refund and even began recording us while we were speaking with them. They also made comments about us to other customers, which was humiliating and completely inappropriate. Rather than addressing our concerns, they told us to leave the restaurant. No customer should be treated this way for calmly requesting a refund for food that was made poorly and was not fit to eat. After reading other Google reviews for this location, I noticed many customers have described similar experiences with poor food quality and unprofessional customer service. Unfortunately, our experience appears to reflect an ongoing pattern. I hope management takes this seriously, reviews any available security footage, and addresses both the quality of the food and the conduct of the employees. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they are calmly trying to resolve a legitimate issue. ( order placed at 12:20 pm on 7/15/26 )
