  The worst dining experience I have ever had. After sitting in the restaurant for nearly two hours, I was still unable to properly eat my meal because I never received silverware or napkins. To make matters worse, after waiting an extended period to order a beverage, I was informed that I could not because the “bartender needed to leave early.” That is not something a guest should ever have to hear or be burdened with. I had to repeatedly request to speak with a manager, and when one finally came over — I believe her name was Kia, though she refused to provide it directly — the interaction only made matters worse. Instead of attempting any sort of guest recovery or resolution, she chose to argue and explain why the restaurant was failing operationally. I was told she was “only one person” and had to work the to-go station, therefore she could not pour a draft beer. While staffing challenges may exist, those are internal operational issues and not the responsibility of paying guests to absorb. Even after this conversation, I still had to ask again for silverware simply so I could attempt to eat the now-cold food sitting in front of me while surrounded by dirty, uncleared tables throughout the restaurant. When the bill finally arrived, I requested that the food item I was unable to properly consume be removed. Instead, I was offered a 15% military discount — despite the fact that I am NOT active military nor a veteran. Frankly, I found this incredibly disrespectful and insulting. What made this even worse was that two members of my party actually HAVE served in the military, and watching the discount be casually applied in this situation felt deeply inappropriate and offensive. The overall condition of the restaurant was complete chaos. Service was disorganized, communication was poor, tables remained dirty for extended periods, and management demonstrated no ability to de-escalate or recover a guest experience that had clearly gone off the rails long before we addressed it. To say this restaurant was a “dumpster fire” would honestly be a compliment. Management — especially the individual handling guest complaints that evening — should seriously be reevaluated before more customers are subjected to this level of incompetence and disrespect.

  Waited over an hour for appetizers but apparently the "kitchen was backed up" even when everyone around us happily received their food. We spoke to the manager about the situation and there seemed to be the same level of lack of urgency about anything. Definitely DO NOT COME TO THIS RESTAURANT.

  Absolutely love it here everytime I doordash Austin is Absolutely amazing and Christina has been helpful whenever she's around!!

  Slow service on takeout order. Fries came out way before everything else and were under served and cold. Probably the end of the bag and the employee was too lazy to go get another one. Won't be back to this BWW.
