    Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. The food took a very long time to arrive, and when it finally came, the order was incorrect. After sending it back and waiting for the correct order, the food arrived cold. On top of that, many of the tables were not clean, which made the overall experience even worse. The service was slow, the order was not handled correctly, and the food quality suffered because of the long wait. I hope the restaurant can improve its service, cleanliness, and order accuracy. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.

    We waited longer than our estimated time. When we received our food and are fries were cold. Like it was waiting there for our other food.

    The food doesn't come out very quickly. I think I waited over 40 minutes after ordering. The wings came out cold, and the chicken didn't seem to be of great quality—it was a bit tough. On the bright side, the prices are pretty reasonable. It seems like a good spot if you have a large group and want to eat on a budget.

    I gave this Buffalo Wild Wings three different chances on different days and at different times, hoping my experience would improve. Unfortunately, every visit has been disappointing. The restaurant was filthy. There was trash throughout the dining room, dirty tables everywhere, stacks of used plates sitting next to our table, and another table covered in trash and empty cups that remained untouched for our entire visit. Even our table was dirty when we were seated. The service was just as bad. After being seated, we didn’t see our server for about 15 minutes. The hostess repeatedly left the front entrance, leaving guests standing there waiting to be greeted. At one point, she got into an argument with another employee over whose turn it was to take a customer. Instead of assisting customers, the hostess spent her time standing around talking with coworkers while guests waited to be helped. Throughout the restaurant, employees were walking around on their phones while customers were waiting for service. When guests needed assistance, it often felt like employees were annoyed that they had to do their jobs. The lack of professionalism and customer service was shocking. To make matters worse, there weren’t even any clean cups because no one had been keeping up with the dishes, so we were served our drinks in to-go cups. The food was the biggest disappointment. The wings were cold, dry, and tasted stale, as if they had been sitting for hours before being served. They lacked freshness and were some of the worst wings I’ve ever been served at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Throughout the entire visit, I never saw a manager checking on the dining room or addressing any of these obvious issues. The lack of leadership was evident. I’ve honestly seen McDonald’s locations run more efficiently than this restaurant. After giving this place three opportunities to improve, I won’t be coming back. The owners and management should be embarrassed by the condition of this restaurant, the behavior of their employees, and the experience they’re providing customers.
