  In a day and age where most fast food restaurants are nasty... inside and out, staff are moving at a pace that screams,"I don't get paid enough to be happy on the clock", who also act as if they're doing you a favor by serving you? This particular Arby's has been consistently clean, pleasant and the staff has been so kind every time I've been. Not to mention the food came out in a timely manner! Well done, Arby's! You need to reward the employees for doing a fantastic job in a difficult world!!

  I was a fan of Arby's until last night when my husband came home with the wrong order they gave him and when I sent him back they gave him the cold food that had been sitting there and still left out a sandwich. Their phone doesn't work.

  I've never had a problem at the arbys on pooler pkwy .. hot food served with a smile.

  Everytime I come to this Arby's everything is so on point. Service is wonderful and pleasant. Food is hot and fresh also very delicious and authentic!
