This location is horrible. I was told it was franchise owned and there lies the problem. They didn't have anything I tried to I order.

First, I could hardly understand the girl taking my order. I had to ask 3x what she was asking me.
Second, the curly fries were mostly pieces, didn't see one complete curly fry in the order.
Third, the utensil supply was slim to none, one knife, no fork, had to ask for one at register, was told they only had one left. This was at 1pm the afternoon.
Fourth, the beef and cheddar sandwich tasted like imitation meat.
It's been awhile since I've been in an Arby's, guess I know why now! Used to enjoy their food.
Never again!!

Waited online at the drive thru after we ordered and was told we couldnt get a total price for our food until we drove up to the window to receive our order? Ok? We waited at the window and the kids that were "working" in there seemed preoccupied with each other and gave us an occasional glance our way every few minutes as we waited. Someone then, came from the back and asked what we were waiting for? We told him our order and he had no clue and asked are we sure we didn't order something else and who took our order like i'm supposed to know that. Meanwhile, we were the only ones on the line!? After wasting about fifteen minutes or so of our time, I i told him, don't worry about it and I started to leave. As I was leaving, he had a lot of choice words to say to us which I don't understand because they were the ones who dropped the ball and you're going to continue to get mad and yell out of the drive thru window at us as we pulled off!? 😆 They should have used all that energy to do their job and get the orders right and we wouldn't have had this problem in the first place! I will never go back there again
