  I sat at the speaker for 8 minutes before I could make my order. I then waited at the drive through window so long my car auto parked itself, which takes 10 minutes to happen. After a few more minutes they finally gave me a bag that was not my order. Then after a few MORE minutes they gave me another bag which was still not my order. Luckily 3rd time was the charm and 25 minutes of my life later I finally got "fast" food. It turns out the place was understaffed, so I'll firmly place this on poor management. When I finally got my order the food was hot and what I expected, if only it wasn't frustration to get.

  Very clean and organized Arby's with easy access to 95. Bathrooms, tables, and floors were some of the cleaest that I've seen in fast food restaurants

  Generally good experience, but they're slower than cold molasses... And it's especially prevalent sitting next to a Chick-fil-a. Some days the food isn't even hot. I've gotten turnovers that were ice cold, and tasted like those tastycake pies in bags... Depending on shift, some of the drive-thru staff can be pretty rude... Repeated visits proved as

  This has the best fast food restaurant, the food and service is great. I will be coming back more often.😄

  Did not even get to order. Supervisor or manager at front counter with another employee watching. Was not acknowledged for 10 minutes as we waited. Employee watching was probably new but did not offer any explanation or say 'We will be right with you'. Terribly run. Manager was running around like she did not know what was happening. Went next door to Chick-fil-A and had a good lunch. Used to love Arby's but, they really seem like they have gone down hill.
