  I love love loovveee this place! Definitely my first stop every time I go to pooler! Robert Boyce took my order and was genuinely the coolest guy in the line! Lol

  I love the seven brew, so so much. I always have a great experience with all the baristas. Everyone’s super sweet, most of the time. Today I was met with such rude service by one of the employees that I feel inclined to make a review about it. Her coworker was so lovely and handled the situation very well. However, that behavior is unacceptable. I’m service industry too, and there’s no excuse.

  THE COFFEE DRINKS ARE AMAZING ! ..BUT . I really wish more people would use the app to order, and I know you guys have no control over that. But there needs to be a better system for keeping the line moving. When people order through the app and their drinks are brought out to them, they’re ready to go—but they’re still stuck behind cars at the front that are waiting to order or waiting on their drinks. Everyone behind them is basically trapped in line even though they already have their drinks. If a car at the front is going to take longer, they need to be asked to pull forward or into a waiting area so everyone else can get out. What’s the point of ordering ahead and getting your drink quickly if you’re still stuck sitting in line?

  I order and homie doesn’t even tell me a total he just puts the iPad in my face and gets an attitude for me not tipping. What am I tipping for? It’s one coffee that’s already overpriced. My order was wrong and I deeply feel that it was messed up intentionally.

  As someone who comes here almost daily, I genuinely don’t understand how this level of customer service is considered acceptable. The last 3–4 times I’ve ordered, my drink has been made incorrectly, and when I come back to have it fixed, the employee is laughing in the booth with coworkers. I’m all for having fun at work, but there’s a difference between being friendly and being blatantly unprofessional. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly correct my order while the people responsible find it amusing. I’d expect a little more attention to detail, professionalism, and basic customer service especially from a business that has regular customers who come in and spend their money here. Hopefully management can address this, because the behavior reflects much more poorly on the establishment than it does on the customer.
