  Originally had a 2 star review for this place. Whenever I order DoorDash they take forever to give the dasher the order. Way more than any place would usually take. One time I had to contact DoorDash to cancel my order. They constantly forget items. Went in person once and they forgot my items. Have been multiple times and each time it hasn’t been the very best

  They rarely have lunch ready. We are almost always sitting and waiting for extended periods of time and someone in our family usually has something cold. It doesn't make any sense.

  Got a doordash order. Dasher waited quite a bit to pick up the order of 4 sandwiches, fries and nuggets. When it arrived, a sandwich was missing, another one was completely wrong, none of the customizations were done, fries were very cold. Very disappointing. The store was less than 5 minutes from my house.

  Today is the 10th time in a row where I not only received COLD breakfast sandwiches AND hashbrowns, but also had to ask for all of the items to complete my order. There’s NEVER any ice cream, for wahtever reason. And the bedside manner of the person at the 2nd window is that of a wet cardboard box. It has been this way for over two years now. The management should really get new people who care about good service.

  Edit: I already have reached out to the customer care team, and was told “it was forwarded to local management for them to contact me” which has not happened either. Have customer care case number for my complaint as well. Ordered two K-pop demon hunters nugget meals, both sets of nuggets were severely undercooked, rubbery and pink and cold in the middle. Tried calling this store for 30 mins and nobody answered. Submitted a complaint online, got email that “we forwarded this to store leadership who will reach out to you about it” and here 4 days later nothing yet. Poor customer service even from a fast food chain, and especially dealing with undercooked foods that could give someone food poisoning, I feel that should be taken seriously.
