  I came in today, 8/13/26 around 4:30pm with my children. A very kind cashier was scanning my groceries when a very unpleasant cashier beside us, BRIANNA, said very rudely “your daughter is in the way” talking about my 4 year old who was holding on to the side of my cart like I told her to. I was very confused because there was plenty of room and there was not a single person in her line. I replied “no one is in your line” and she said “I was going to call someone over but she’s in the way” I moved my daughter and she never even called anyone over. This made me really uncomfortable as I’m a very considerate person and always make sure my children respect others and their boundaries. The cashier who was scanning my groceries I’m sure could tell this upset me and offered my children some stickers. Brianna has terrible customer service and needs to learn how to speak to customers properly if she’s going to be working in the public.

  Love the store when I'm in it and thankful for it, but can't ever get a person on the phone when you have a quick question. Either they are having phone issues (frequently it seems) or it just rings and rings. Wish the owners or Mgt team could correct. I'll update this review if this one issue is corrected.

  I can hardly wait until a decent grocery comes to this town because this ain't one! Beware of on sale items, they are very close to expiration date, pass expiration date or rotten.

  Went in for the first time in awhile-absolutely used to love this store when the front end acsm(chris) run that front end cause she made sure that those of us who were shopping and ready to check out was properly handled in a tiimely manner instead of having to wait on cashiers to hold a conversation amongst theirselves or mainly on a phone call - I feel like yall need to tighten that front end up no need for us to have to wait on someone to put a call on hold tonight really was bad and the young girl working the front end needs some help as far as learning how to get cashiers to listen cause if you can lean you can clean In other words front end management needs to do better or else get a whole new front end management that is not afraid to push The isles was also blocked as well and several sale items was not on shelf DO BETTER FOR THE ONES WHO PAY YOURE PAYCHECK!!!!!!!!

  i always get someone strange checking out my groceries. last time I was here the man that was checking out my groceries was clipping and biting his nails in between transactions, and as the receipt would be printing. before that the guy checking out my groceries was asking me what every little thing I was buying was for. The girl tonight pointed out that I had dandruff in my hair she said that she “doesn’t wanna be rude”, but I have flakes and dandruff in my hair…like you just don’t say stuff like that to people. ??! Maybe it’s just because this is a small town and people don’t know how to act? Idk i just am not a fan of the strange, off putting and rude behavior some of these employees have. I’d rather drive 35 mins to pooler while gas is $4 a gallon and pay more for some grocery items at a Publix in order to have decent human interaction than experiencing this..
