- TTTammiAug 8, 20245.0Server was very nice, but seemed new, not very knowledgeable on menu, and never brought a drink we ordered, but tried to charge us for it (it was taken off once we said something). Management staff came over to check on us several times and took back a med well NY Strip that was supposed to me med rare. They apologized, got us a new one, and bought us a dessert. I have been in the restaurant industry for 30+ years and the male manager that came over was absolutely one of the most sincere, delightful, professional managers I have ever seen!! Handled the situation with so much humility, which is hard to keep when you deal with so many unwarranted complaints in this business. Great job to management!
- SHSophia HanMay 31, 20234.0visited this spot for the first time and it’s pretty nice upon entrance as the environment presents a comfortable, vintage-like setting with additions of dog decorations, hence its name. the food i got (fish and chips) was pretty good and tasty: the battered fish and fries were hot and crispy which balanced out with the coleslaw.
