Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the moment I arrived. I greeted the employee at the counter twice, and she just looked at me without responding. I then found out my order wasn’t even ready. The employee with the red hair and thick fake eyelashes kept touching her hair while making my sandwich, which seemed very unsanitary. She also appeared to be struggling to see while preparing the food, making the process much slower than expected. To make matters worse, my sandwich was made incorrectly. I paid about $10, but I ended up throwing it away because I no longer felt comfortable eating it. It wasn’t about the money—it was the principle. I expected better customer service, proper food handling, and an accurate order.
