  Hands down the best customer service I’ve received ever. The guy that helped me was Jordan or Jamal, very tall guy. He was so patient and courteous while I was ordering for my staff. I was so confused and his assistance was phenomenal! The entire team has great teamwork. They ALL deserve raises!!! I’ll definitely be back to treat my staff again soon.

  This location is very disappointing and inconsistent in food quality. The last several times we have gotten lentils, they are either not cooked all the way and hard or burnt. The meat proteins are overly salty. We used to frequent this location when it first opened but will not be returning due to several bad experiences over the course of a couple of months now. It’s difficult to know what you’re going to get from this location.

  I order online for pickup here pretty often for lunch. It’s close to where I work and a good alternative to fast food, but they constantly get my order wrong. Today they forgot to add chicken to my order. Last week the bowl I picked up was completely wrong, like they mixed it up with someone else’s order. The week before, they forgot to add any greens. They’ve forgotten to add rice before too. I wouldn’t be surprised if at least half of my orders had an error. I usually just ignore it and eat the food anyways, I’m not that picky, but it’s a constant thing for them to get it wrong.

  The food is good here but portions are tiny and online orders are always late coming out. They made my order wrong most recently, then they forced me to wait 30 minutes for it to be remade and didn't offer me a refund.

  Yikes. Came in at 7:30p, when they close at 10 and they were QUITE LITERALLY out of every protein, except chicken, out of brown rice (10 minute wait), out of beef (a 20 minute wait)... the girl at the front was making bowls and working the register by herself and told me that after a certain time, the proteins are cooked to order.... huh???? 2.5 hours left til closing and yall not firing more proteins to replenish the stock? I could be this disappointed because I'm a senior manager in the foodservice industry, but they need help in there. I would never come back to this one.
