  Got it! Here’s a more personal version using their names: I don’t often leave reviews, but today I felt compelled to. Shells made my visit such a wonderful experience. I found myself watching her interact with customers before it was even my turn. She greeted everyone with a genuine smile, answered every question patiently, and never made anyone feel rushed. When it was my turn, she was just as kind, taking the time to explain everything and making me feel truly welcomed. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely enjoys what they do, and her positive energy was contagious. I also want to recognize Josh in the kitchen. While everyone could see the open kitchen, he wasn’t standing around waiting for the next order. He was constantly cleaning, organizing, and making sure everything stayed spotless and running efficiently. His work ethic and attention to detail were impressive. Employees like Shells and Josh are the reason people come back. Their pride in their work, positive attitudes, and commitment to great service made a lasting impression. Thank you both for making my visit so enjoyable!

  This is the worst CAVA location I’ve been to. First off, the rice was hard like it hadn’t been cooked properly and the customer service was pretty mediocre. The serving portion was also very light. I noticed that there were only men at this location so the rice not being cooked thoroughly doesn’t come as a surprise. Anyways they just need to do better.

  I had a great experience at CAVA thanks to Daniel. I wasn't sure what to get since it was my first time there, and he took the time to recommend a few options and helped me build a great bowl. Everything was fresh, put together super nicely, and tasted amazing. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. Before I left, I asked for his name specifically so I could leave this review. Daniel deserves recognition for going above and beyond!

  I don’t usually go to this location because staff was pretty mean before, but recently they’ve hired some pretty good workers that really make the price worth it. One of the cashiers, Jade, was very helpful and understanding even though she was the only one working on the line at that moment. She even helped me create an account which I’m sure I’ll be using very soon. Very good job at choosing her to work there, she could really be what brings people back to this location! I had an amazing time and hope to be back soon.

  I really try not to come to this location if I don’t have to. I prefer other locations sadly. Their manager is EXTREMELY rude and seems miserable everytime I go. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for years, she isn’t someone who should be in the hospitality industry. She also gives the smallest portions she can to customers. For what you pay it’s a little insulting. Besides that the food stations are really dirty when I go even if it’s before a lunch rush. When people have to stand there and order food, it’s really unappealing to the eye to see sauces sloshed all over the countertops. Their floors are also constantly sticky which indicated to me they aren’t taking proper cleaning seriously. They could be doing a lot better with this location unfortunately.
