  I visited on Mother’s Day for lunch and had such a great experience. I had the new Salmon yogurt dill bowl, and the salmon was cooked to perfection. It was juicy and very fresh tasting. Despite the high volume, and how busy they were, Shells took my order with a big smile and a great attitude!

  Came in last night for dinner, the staff was very rude and unprofessional. They all had a look that it seemed they didn’t want to be there. The food was cold, I asked for fresh pita chips since the ones sitting out seem like they sat for awhile and was provided the same chips. I find it interesting that CAVA would choose to hire people that doesn’t work or does t want to be there. I’ve been to other area CAVAs and had a completely different experience. Hopefully this is just a one off experience and management figures it out soon. That’s such a bummer because I love CAVA Food.

  So I had a rough experience at the Cumberland location but figured I would just try a different location and I am SO glad I did! The staff is so friendly and welcoming..very helpful answering questions, and they have everything. Looks like it’s being run extremely well and the food is delicious. Definitely recommend.

  I had an amazing experience at CAVA! From the moment I walked in, everything was on point. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and moved quickly without making me feel rushed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can really taste the quality in every ingredient, and my bowl was made exactly how I wanted it. The portions were generous, and everything tasted clean and well-seasoned. The restaurant itself was also very clean and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, everything was excellent—from the service to the food to the atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  As a customer who eats Cava regularly, I’m very disappointed,dissatisfied, & disgusted with the HORRIBLE attitude one of your staff members had this morning. I didn’t get her name but she’s an older white lady (description purposes) extremely rude, had a problem with putting more food in the bowl. She kept stating that things would be extra with an attitude as if I don’t know that already. She even tried to charge extra for sauce that i paid for! & threatened to call the cops just because she was getting checked about her attitude. Her behavior is and was totally unacceptable, i will not be back until this is resolved.
