  This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had at a fast-food establishment. The failure was systemic, ranging from equipment malfunction to unprofessional staff conduct. ​1. System & Process Failure: The kiosk failed to print a receipt after instructing me to pay cash at the counter. When the staff claimed they couldn't find my order, I had to re-order manually. I clearly requested two "$5 McChicken® Meal Deals" and specifically asked for "Lemonade with no ice." The cashier's refusal to provide a drink without ice was the first indication of a lack of basic service training. ​2. Gaslighting & Hostile Attitude: When I received the order, the 4pc McNuggets (a core component of the $5 Meal Deal) were missing. Instead, they gave me standard McChicken sets. When I pointed out the missing items, the female staff member and the male cashier looked at me as if I were being unreasonable. Their dismissive and judgmental attitude was completely unprofessional. I felt so insulted by their reaction that I had to take a photo of the menu/kiosk to prove the facts. ​3. Belated Correction: Only after I documented the situation did a different, more professional male staff member intervene, apologize, and provide the missing items. While the immediate issue was resolved, the initial hostility and the staff's inability to recognize their own menu promotions were unacceptable. ​Conclusion: A customer should not have to fight or "prove" their order against a hostile staff because of the store's own technical glitches and lack of menu knowledge. This location needs urgent retraining on both technical operations and basic professional courtesy.
