Which is why I wasn't surprised that it tasted like warm water with 1 cream and 3 equals. A return to the drive thru window was necessary because I had spent almost $4 for warm water. "There's something wrong with the coffee. It doesn't have any coffee in it." The employee made another cup but lesson learned. DD can't do good hot coffee so close to closing time. The employees managed my disappointment very well. For me, I'll continue keeping my odd ball coffee quest expectations low. 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service Sarah You've got a good crew.

I wait in the drive thru for about 20 minutes and get to the window to pay. It turns out they had rung up a latte, a water, two free donuts, and three more donuts which I did not ask for. Unfortunately I did not realize this until after I paid. When I tell them that I did not ask for three donuts they have me pull up. I wait for another 10 minutes before a different person comes out to help, and when I explain the situation, she looks at the receipt and tells me "Well it looks like you got two free donuts" and I tell her that I've only received my drinks and haven't even gotten the free donuts, nevermind the ones I never ordered. She says she'll be right back and comes back a minute later with a bag of three donuts and says "Well, can we just give you the donuts cause there's nothing else we can really do" and at that point I've been there for over 30 minutes and did not want to cause any issues so I said fine. I didn't even get the free donuts. It's extremely frustrating to have to wait so long for one drink, and then be charged for three items I didn't even want and told there is nothing they can do about it and pay for a mistake on their end. This location is typically pretty slow (which I typically assume they're understaffed and busy) and of the three times ive gone, they've gotten my order wrong twice, but atleast they fixed it the first time.
