  God Bless the new generation’s hearts because the teenagers that work here are very incompetent. Completely got my order wrong, even though I had to repeat it 3 times, and they charged me for something I didn’t order. I work in the service industry, so I completely understand being bored and goofing around at work, but I at least make sure I get people’s orders right & have basic manners. Do better 👎🏽

  They close at 10pm weeknights - door was locked at 9:09pm could not pick up mobile order. Had to wait in a 6 car line to get our icecream. Server over the speaker said she had my order....I wait for 11 mins in line, get to the window and she says, "ohh yeah, your the mobile" and then goes to make our order. we wait.....and wait....Blizzards were 25% mixed toppings and 75% unmixed ice cream. Totally ridiculous. Turned a 2 min pickup into a 27 mins disaster.

  Ordered a mothers day cake online, received notification that it would be ready for pick up at noon on mothers day. I drove up there to pickup the cake but was told that they didn't even have them, yet my debit card was debited for it. My experience just trying to be refunded has been worse than the actual disappointment upon arrival itself. I was told that Dominique qas the General Manager and I had to speak with her yet it seems no one answers the phone when she is in the store.

  I went to Dairy Queen on the evening of May 1st to grab ice cream, of course. Took it home for pizza and ice cream night . Shockingly the ice cream was rotten- it was sour, lemony, spoiled ice cream in all the different variations we got (blizzards, pecan mudslides etc). I called to notify them. The staff and manager Itzel (spell check) were indifferent or unmoved by leaning it was sour. I heard them pass phones , saying “ oh she is saying something about the ice cream”. I informed Itzel and she seemed out of it, saying “ohhh ok. I’ll check” she tried to end the call and I said I also expect a refund and she should really not serve anyone else , and that I was surprised I was the first call. She said “ohhh okay, just give your name and my name at the window for your refund”. I stopped by today while running an errand for the refund. Different staff were working. The lady seemed bothered (shrugging her shoulders a lot like “whatever, don’t care”). She said no refund and I asked for gift card instead . She gave it to me, all good. I’ll use it at another location. I do recommend improving customer service/people skills and taking spoiled products seriously. That’s a first experience of having rotten ice cream ever.

  Basically worst experience ever. Ordered a banana split off the app & was then told they couldn't make it.....and they had no way to refund the money for the purchase....if unconcerned & could care less weren't the 2 people that were at the window then I wouldn't know who was. The app doesn't seem to have a way to even get a refund & of course the store was no help at all.....
