  I’m not sure who is keeping this place in business. This was our first and last visit to this location. I walked in to pick up my order - the trash cans were overflowing both inside and outside and there was trash everywhere. In the guest area And behind the counter and all over the floor and food strewn all across the food assembly line. My food order was 20 minutes late and it wasn’t busy in there. 1 lady sitting and one other guy waiting for his pickup order and no one at the window. Then we get home with our food and there’s some white string, fiber thing on top of our rice. Our container of cheese had lettuce and corn salsa spilled into it. Fortunately no one’s allergic but it should just be cheese.

  Everything I requested on the side was in my burrito! Had a free cup of guacamole it was inside the burrito instead. I NOT eat (tomato salsa) I do not eat tomatoes!! Main reason I requested (on the side) I was NOT able to eat the food I paid for!! Unacceptable!!! I see a lot of the same complaints about this location. Clearly nothing has or will change at this location. Looks like the company aren't trying the solve these complaints..Which is unprofessional!!!!

  Sadly, this chipoltle does NOT have it together. Of the 8-10 times in the past year we’ve ordered from this location it IS consistently disappointing and frustrating. •Orders are ALWAYS 20-40 min **past time the app says ready. They don’t even start your order until you stand in line to ask where it is. Ordering inside isn’t better since they are doing both online and register orders simultaneously. •The dining area is a disaster. Common to have No napkins or ice. Tables are dirty, stuff is everywhere. •Every bag of chips has soggy pieces, (not sure how?) •Don’t be surprised if you find a whole bay leave in your meal and more fat than steak -trust me -go with another protein. ⭐️a couple Pros I must note: 1. portion size. At this location your bowl or burrito will be as big as it was when the chain first started decades ago which is rare and awesome! I believe we have the employees to thank for this. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2. guac is stellar! fresh bright green, (not mushy or brown) with large crunchy chunks of jalapeno & peppers. Rivals high end restaurants. Again whoever is making this, thank you…don’t change! Now back to the cons. •Forget about using chipoltlane, unless you want to be stuck in line behind everyone else whose order also isn’t ready. Cars aren’t moved ahead to a holding space. You’ll just sit there for 30 min holding up the line since it’s more like an ordering drive thru than pick up lane. All this said, the employees ARE working and seem busy (they aren’t just standing around like some places). They are rather friendly as well, considering how many angry customers they deal with at any given time. No less than 4, every time I’ve been there. Not sure if it’s understaffed, or needs new management (or both) but something is clearly wrong and has been for a long time. Please figure this out Peachtree City Chiplotle!! I want to love my neighbourhood location not dread or just say no when the kids ask for it. It does take time to fix these issues, but if you do nothing else PLEASE please start giving accurate “ready” times in the app. That way people know what to expect and can move on if in a hurry.

  What's the Store Score? This restaurant shouldn't be open. Who's in charge of the store? Why and how are they even serving food to the people? Ridiculous and sad! This place really truly needs to be inspected immediately!!

  I ordered a burrito bowl through the app. I wanted to try the new honey chicken. I was so excited to eat healthy but then got home and the chicken was cold as ice. At first I thought it might be raw but it wasn't. The whole thing was just cold. Chick-fil-A would have made it right by this is now the third time this location for Chipotle has done me wrong. I wouldn't advise eating here
