  Omg, my first time trying Cava today!!! The customer service was phenomenal!!! They were very patient with me because I didn't know what to get. They also let me sample different foods to see if I liked it before putting it on my bowl. The food was so fresh and delicious!! I'm officially a regular customer now!!

  So the company itself I love! The peachtree city location in particular the staff is NOT friendly! In comparison to other locations they skimp you with the portions. They are very light handed with giving a full scoop of your sauces on the side instead of in your dish, they are always out of something ie the wonton strips, I shouldn’t have to leave there and go to Kroger to get those because that gives it that extra flare! They got rid of a really good dressing with was the Date dressing which makes no sense to make it seasonal! Pointless!

  OMG....So my son goes to KSU and always orderes Cava via DoorDash. This was my 1st time here and I LIVE for Mediterranean. We'll EVERYONE WORKING WAS SO KIND & PATIENT with my oldhead self. They advised on their preferences and THEY REALLY WORK AS A TEAM!!! THIS WAS FLUCKING DELISH!!! I got 2 side sauces BUT really didnt need as already added the roasted tomato hummus & Taziki Sauce along with FETA. Portion size was SUPURB and I felt so healthy!!! I got the steak~which was missing a lil flava BUT my son told me to try the honey chicken next time. PITA CHIPS WERE A TASTEE ADDITION. I AM IN LOVE ~ PUT A LOKATION HERE IN VR ASAP!!!

  Jocelyn was actually an angel my friend and i got the best treatment we've ever gotten from a food service place from her 🤍 we're definitely coming back for her she just made our entire day, she sets the bar high

  Usually this place has great customer service during the day. However, I walked in at 9:40p and the employee was already putting food away. When I got to the counter the employee acted as if all that I saw was all that was left. So, I moved forward with making my bowl. By the time I was ready to pay, another employee replenishes the food items. I was highly disappointed but I just know not to return here in the evening.
