  Found my new favorite restaurant. Staff was welcoming and the food is so reasonably priced! Definitely worth the money as well.

  Kind woman behind the counter🙏🏻 First time taking my mom to Cava, my mom doesn’t speak English only Spanish and so did the Cava associate, she gladly explained the options and helped her decide, immensely helpful and kind, thank you! P.s mom loved the bowl

  After today’s experience, I will not be coming back to Cava. I’ve given your team three chances, and on all three occasions customer service was poor. Restaurants operate because of customers, so please be more mindful in how you treat people. My advice to others is to save your money and go elsewhere.

  I love Cava but I am so frustrated. I ordered from the Peachtree City, GA location and they did not get my order right. They gave me two of the same bowls and the vegetables on the other were supposed to be completely different, and I didn't even get the dips/sauce/greens that was supposed to be on the bowl that I guess my bowl was noted as. My bowl ended up only being half the volume of the other bowl because of the mix-up and I feel like I didn't even get what I paid for. Did not enjoy; still hungry and now I'm hangry. I usually don't post reviews like this but I needed this to be a good dinner and it wasn't. I'll definitely be back but I guess I'm going to have to watch the person making the bowl like a hawk to make sure they get what's on the card that's supposed to tell them is in what bowl right. So disappointing. I understand human error but it feels like no one was paying attention at all - my bowl was clearly only partially filled and I feel like somebody down the line should have questioned that before charging me for the same price as the other bowl. Also you can't get in touch with anybody when you call the store. Guess I'm just going to have to take the loss on this one.
