  We stopped in with the kids last night and once again, you all blew us away. You all are always so very kind to us! The food - AMAZING AS ALWAYS. The kids, their first time, really enjoyed everything. Our son raved about the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls and may end up making that his entree next time he comes in. Thank you again for everything!!!

  Usually the food and boba from here are amazing. In the past, we have usually had to wait a good bit for the food, but we've never had a problem with the wait because the food has always been fresh and hot. Today we barely had to wait, which should have been our first clue that something was wrong. We ordered kimcheese fries, a Tokyo bowl, and two bobas. The fries were different than normal. Usually they're light and crispy on the outside and almost fluffy on the inside. These were like what you get from the freezer section at the grocery store. There was hardly any kimchi or cheese on top of the fries. Instead, there were just a few slivers of cabbage that hardly had any seasoning on them and the tiniest bit of cheese. The fries were also cold and soggy. The Tokyo bowl , which is usually steaming hot, was also cold and mostly onions. There was hardly any chicken or other veggies mixed in with the onions and rice, and the chicken was rubbery. It's almost like we got whatever was left over from the lunchtime rush that had been sitting out for hours, getting cold and soggy, rather than the freshly made, hot food we normally get when we go there. The boba was at least fresh and good, but it didn't make up for the quality of the food.
