  Staff is very nice and the food is so so so so extravagant and I love the setting of the place I feel so welcomed and the mango smoothie OMG 🤩🤣🤣to DIE FOR the way the mango boba melts into your mouth with a little POP! 10/10 definitely recommend 🤤🤤🤤

  Very disappointed with my experience at Stix by AZN in Peachtree City. The menu included with my order clearly listed the Beijing bowl for $12.95, yet I was charged $13.95 per bowl. Even more shocking was being charged $19.90 to add shrimp to two bowls. I called the restaurant only to ask for an explanation and get a refund. Instead I received nonsense feedback! I was told my daughter should have asked them to "add shrimp and give me less chicken" instead of simply asking to add shrimp. That explanation was ridiculous. The employee then admitted that if it had been ordered "the right way," it would have only been $3 instead of nearly $20. So you're telling me a simple wording difference turned a $3 upcharge into a $20 charge, and no one thought to clarify that with the customer before preparing the order? That's unacceptable. If there are different pricing options, your staff should explain them before charging customers—not after the fact. Between the incorrect menu pricing, the excessive shrimp charge, and the poor explanation, this experience left a very bad impression. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. Response to restaurant: The paper menus that are given to customers should be updated. You know what else is unacceptable- expecting customers to know your process of a full or half order! And if questioning the price is seen as frustration then so be it. Ive never heard of this at any restaurant and it should have been explained so please dont turn this into the customers is to blame and I haven't spoken to anyone and have not been offered a refund!
