  I honestly wasn’t expecting much since it’s Dunkin, even though this Palmetto location is brand new, but I was pleasantly surprised! The girls working there were very friendly and kind, and the service was great. Everything went smoothly and it was a really nice experience overall. Definitely a great start for this new location!

  It’s unfortunate to wait so long for a new Dunkin’ to open in the area, only to be highly disappointed by the customer service. I stop for coffee almost every morning or every other morning, so I was really hoping this location would become my go-to. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. The customer service is consistently lacking. The drinks are okay depending on who is working, but the overall experience is not friendly, warm, or inviting. There have been multiple occasions where I’ve been sitting in the drive-thru with a line of cars waiting while an employee is sitting at the window on her phone instead of assisting customers. It can take an unnecessarily long time for her to come back to the window. What’s even more frustrating is when something is missing from an order or needs to be corrected. You can end up sitting there waiting again for someone to return to the window, which makes an already frustrating experience even worse. I understand that everyone has busy days, and I’m not expecting perfection. However, basic customer service, attentiveness, and efficiency should be expected especially at a brand-new location. As someone who regularly purchases coffee, I shouldn’t feel like I’m inconveniencing the staff by being a customer. At this point, I would rather drive out of my way to another Dunkin’ or stop somewhere closer to work where I know I’ll receive better service. I really hope management addresses the customer service issues because this location has a lot of room for improvement.

  I e been waiting on this since I left palmetto. However my son school is still there and it gives me a chance to grab my cup every morning after drop off. Keep up the good work and your drive thru lady Crystal is always polite and professional.

  WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AMAZING PLACE TO VISIT .. MY DRINK WAS AMAZINGLY GOOD! Cant wait to visit again❤️
