  The customer service at this Jack’s location in Ocilla is absolutely horrible. The manager, who has black-and-white braids, was yelling and displaying a terrible attitude toward customers. The way customers were being treated was completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. A manager should be setting a positive example for employees and treating customers with respect, not making them feel unwelcome. Customer service goes a long way, and based on my experience, this location has a serious problem in that department. Nobody should have to deal with an employee, especially a manager, who acts like they have an attitude with every customer who walks through the door. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very bad impression on me. Jack’s in Ocilla has lost my business, and I will not be returning. There are plenty of other places that appreciate their customers and understand the importance of treating people with basic respect. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary changes because this level of customer service is unacceptable.

  I've never seen such happy employees. They were all smiling and being so nice. I can't wait until my next visit to Jack's. Thank you so much to the MIC Brittany for making it such a pleasureable experience she's the best

  This was my first fast food place I got to visit when I visited America for the first time from Australia! Maybe most southern folk see it as just a regular food store but the kind service and delicious food including the great prices for what you get was amazing to see. Their biscuits were the first time ever trying and were delicious! The server who I believe was named Tammy was so kind to me and even had a conversation about my visit! I felt a sense of genuine care and kindness from the staff and I would certainty visit again! Thank you 😊
