  Out of all sauces. Out of Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Dr. Pepper, and lemonade. Out of napkins. Pretty craptacular management. Spare yourself the disappointment.

  Please properly train your employees when new launches occur. It is beyond frustrating on both the customer and employee when they don’t know what’s going on. I’ve had several employees on different occasions make my strawberry passion freeze wrong til the point I had to give step by step instructions. The first employee didn’t include the strawberries. The second employee didn’t include anything at all and got an attitude when I asked for the syrup and the strawberries. I have to instruct them step by step on what’s missing and even the managers come to the windows clueless too. This shouldn’t be the customer’s responsibility. When I’m paying for something, I expect it to be made correctly without having to coach the staff through it. It also creates unnecessary tension at the window, especially when employees respond with attitude instead of simply fixing the mistake. I understand new items can take time to learn, but there needs to be better communication and training from management so employees feel confident doing their jobs. It would make the experience smoother for everyone involved. I just want to be able to order and receive what I paid for without it turning into a frustrating back-and-forth every time.

  Extremely pleased with the food and customer service Aubrey the young lady who took my order and gave me my food , she went above and beyond made sure my food was hot and fresh ,her service and energetic personality also made the experience fantastic, I will definitely be stopping back by this location in the future….

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location (5518 Jimmy Carter Blvd, Norcross, GA). After placing my order, I politely asked for sauce, and the employee at the counter responded in a very rude and dismissive manner. I was ignored multiple times and had to repeat myself just to get a basic request acknowledged. The interaction felt unnecessarily hostile for no reason. What’s even more concerning is that after looking through other reviews, I noticed a pattern of similar experiences — customers describing rude behavior, being ignored, and situations escalating unnecessarily. This does not seem like an isolated incident. I’m not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but this experience genuinely stood out. I hope management takes this seriously, because this location reflects poorly on the brand. Would not recommend this location based on my experience.
