- JDJoseph DoMay 24, 20265.0I was picking up 2 Doordash order around 11pm on Sunday May 24th, 2026. There is only 1 young man working the entire store and there was nobody else helping him. I do not get the honor to know his name (it starts with an "E" if I'm not mistaken). He ran the whole store on his own and produced orders with the highest degree of professionalism and skills. I have worked in many different types of restaurants (upscale, fine dining, high traffic, scratch kitchen, corporate, etc) for over 10 years in many different states and have NEVER seen a 1 man show like this. The guy definitely has intermediate to master level skill in making pizza. His work ethics and commitment to getting the job done is outstanding, phenomenal, inspirational, and extremely motivating to witness. There was 8 Dasher (I'm the 2nd one after a man who has been waiting for 20 minutes) waiting for the order by rhe time I left. Best 20 minutes of my life witnessing this young man work in this day and age of lazy people. Management need to reward this young man with at least $5-$7/hr raise, IMMEDIATELY with a BIG FAT $1000+ BONUS. Papa John's founder need to be out here praising and giving this young man what he deserve. Do the right thing by giving him a raise and a bonus Do things right and hire more employees to help with making profit. This young man is out here on a Sunday night making $$ while others cash in on his hard labor.
