    They took to long to take my order and when they hang me the food it was incomplete I ask for 2 happy meals of 4 piece chicken nuggets and they gave me one with no fries and the other one without the chicken nuggets.

    I’m no regular at McDonald’s But we all know it’s fallen off especially service wise. I was there today and all the employers ignore you of course not even their fault. Really I think it’s a McDonald’s thing at this point but when I got my refill, they just slammed my drink and threw me a straw. It was a young lady. Look I get it. It’s a hard job at times, but treat people with decency and you won’t get a bad review and either way it doesn’t matter.

    I LOVE this McDonald! I come here for my ice coffee all the time and it’s ALWAYS GOOD. I come here typically Friday evening to eat 20 piece nuggets with a free sandwich and it’s ALWAYS FRESH. This place is great! That’s for the incredible service!

    I recently visited this McDonald’s looking for something simple to refresh myself due to the intense heat these days. I ordered an orange juice expecting it to be cold, as any citrus drink normally should be served. Unfortunately, the juice I was given was lukewarm, almost warm, as if it had been sitting outside the refrigerator for quite some time. It was a very unpleasant experience, especially considering that a drink like this is usually purchased specifically to cool down. Details like this may seem small, but they say a lot about how products are handled and the overall quality control at this location. If a beverage that is supposed to be refrigerated isn’t kept cold, it naturally raises concerns about how other food items are being handled. After looking at the reviews for this location and seeing that it’s around 2.5 stars, my experience unfortunately matches what many other customers have already mentioned: inconsistency in service and a lack of attention to basic details. I would hope that the management reviews their refrigeration procedures and product handling, because situations like this directly affect the customer experience.

    I just had the most unpleasant visit to this McDonald’s location. This location has many many many problems that haven’t been addressed probably my last time ever in life going to this location. The drive-through girl at the second one attitude was so nasty only because she got the wrong size cup for my unsweetened tea. I didn’t make a big deal about it. I didn’t raise my voice at all I said like I’m sorry that’s the wrong cup. I said I paid for a large. She slammed the window in my face as she grabbed another employee telling them what was going on her hand movement. Her face gesture was so nasty that I can tell like she was mad because she had the wrong size cup. Do you think it really that serious about a one dollar unsweet tea? I didn’t make a big deal all I said you know if that’s the wrong cup. I talked to the manager. She act like she really couldn’t care less and as I’m talking to the manager, the employee back running her mouth. I definitely can see why this restaurant only has a 2.5 star if I could rate it as a zero, I would really rate it as a zero! It’s cool. I will be definitely contacting Corporate Monday morning. You would never get this service at the McDonald’s at the intersection of Holcomb Bridge and Nesbit . You would never get this kind of service.
