  Terrible customer service. They will literally walk by the register and not acknowledge you, there can be 5 people back there and it takes 10 minutes for a large fry. The most infuriating part is mainly how they don’t acknowledge you when you’re right in front of them. You have to yell out “Hey!” to get their attention, after they walk past you five times. I understand, sometimes it gets busy. I have worked in fast food for years, but at the very least, you greet your customers and let them know you’ll be with them in a moment. Not completely ignore them. sn: I left filled out the link the owner responded replied under this review. Again, I’ve worked in the field for 10 years and give service workers al lot of grace. At the very least, acknowledge your guest, walking past someone multiple times and avoiding eye contact is inexcusable.

  I ordered a mcchicken and the lady at the counter talked like she was not having it. Once i got my food my meat was uncooked, got another sandwich for replaced it tasted sour and nasty. Will never comeback again.

  I ordered a fillet o fish without cheese and it came with cheese melted on the bun with no tartar sauce. I informed them and I reordered it, specifying that I do want tartar sauce and I do NOT want cheese. When it came, not only did it come with cheese, it barely had any tartar sauce on it. I ordered the same thing twice and both times it came wrong.

  On March 31st 2026 I've received a free Friday completely free with no charge from one of the ladies working over there it was the best thing and it made me really happy too even though I might not drink it which I will it still made me smile shout out to this McDonald's❤️
