  This location is horrible. I reached out to corporate multiple times. The owner of this location won’t even return a phone call. The bread will be hard. The lettuce is old and leftover that’s been frozen from sitting in the freezer. The customer arrive there is off and odd. The drink machine had no ice and the worker told us after he charged us for a combo. I REPEAT, DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. Isaiah was working that day!

  Bread was over toasted burned. Only after paying for meal did we find out there was no ice for drinks. Been that way for weeks said the clerk. Really! How rude not to let Customers know ahead of time especially when the owner has let it stay broken for weeks.

  Marcus had the worst attitude. While he was making my sandwich incorrectly; never even asked what I wanted on it or explained what they were out of until I had to ask. He put wrong ingredients on my sandwich and just threw loads of lettuce on it. Avoid the location as the inside was very messy; boxes all on the floors; no ice, very dark overall negative atmosphere.

  Sandwiches are good, but I don't understand how this JJ can be so slow. I understand being understaffed but I also dont understand why it takes so long to make a sandwich. Ive been to many JJs and regardless of how busy it is, they pump out sandwiches in minutes, but the staff here run around like chickens with their heads cut off. It's like they try to multi-task but struggle to complete a single one of those tasks... It should not take over 30 minutes for a sandwich to be made. Unless theres new management or a change in structure, I dont think I have enough time during my lunch break to dine at this JJ unfortunately.
