I waited 50 minutes to pick up an order i placed online for curbside carry out. I intentionally ordered the sandwich to be brought out because i remembered my last experience here i waited 30 minutes and had to go inside for my drive thru pick up order. I understand your short staffed or whatever the excuse is but this is ridiculous - I spoke to “Zay/Xa(vier)” He said he was told all orders are picked up inside, if that was the case you need to change the options to pick up only through the app. I’m beyond disappointed and saw multiple employees leaving for their shift change that could’ve simply said “hey we only do pick ups inside” - i work in customer service and will 100% say this jimmy johns is a definite 0/5 stars. I only did two stars because you can’t delete two star reviews! I placed it online at 3:57pm and didn’t get it till 4:45pm. Food looked decent but doesn’t make up for anything else to be honest.

Y’all need new and better management and customer service. You have drive thru but can’t order toasted sandwiches through drive thru because it takes 10 -15 mins which is a lie. I’ve ordered plenty of times and never waited that long. Remind you no one in line and wasn’t that many cars outside.

I have gone here 2x through the drive thru, and no one answered. The first time, I got out and went to see if there was anyone inside and there was. I figured it was a fluke and placed my order inside. The second time (4/30/2026 at 3:56pm) i didn’t have time to go inside so i tried calling the store as I left. No one answered the 2 times I tried calling. I see that other people have had the same experience based on the reviews. This is very frustrating as a customer and I hope corporate takes their time to investigate this because this isn’t just a one time thing. It’s happened multiple times to me and I expect to others too.

I ordered a sandwich for delivery and it never came. The store manager REFUSES to give me my money back. He is beyond rude and lacks professionalism. Its been 3 weeks and I have heard nothing from the area manager. BAD SERVICE ALL AROUND! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!
