  I really wanted to support this business, but the customer service was terrible. I gave them 1 star, but honestly if I could give them 0 stars, I would. We walked in around 5 o’clock with a group of 7 people ready to spend good money. Instead of greeting us or even acknowledging us, three employees were busy spraying and cleaning. Nobody said “hello,” “we’ll be with you in a minute,” or anything at all. After standing there waiting for about 10 minutes with no one coming to take our order, I finally had to ask if they were even open. The lady said yes, but still nobody helped us. That is unacceptable customer service. If you run a business, customers should come first. Cleaning can wait a minute while someone at least acknowledges the people standing there ready to order. Apparently they did not want our money, because they definitely lost it that day. If I were you, I would not go there.

  This is the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to! That’s twice now I’ve tried to get a twist cone three weeks apart that they didn’t have twist because their machine was broken. Fix your machine or lose your Dairy Queen franchise!

  Workers were burning incense, as an asthmatic person I got a coughing fit as soon as I walked in. The workers did put it out, but they were trying not to laugh at me while doing so. There shouldn't be any incense burning at a Dairy Queen in the first place. Ice cream was alright but it doesn't matter since I got hurt.

  I was standing at the counter and saw a cockroach crawling on the ice cream machine. I notified the worker standing there and she literally just stood there and did nothing. I asked her did that roach go into the machine and her answer was no, it went away. Like hell it went away! Nasty store and terrible service. I also ordered a kids meal and as advertised it comes with either milk or bottled water. When I asked for water, she gave me a cup to get water from the machine. The water button was broken on the machine and she said she would get it from the sink. I told her the board says "bottled water" so why did she try to give me faucet water. We won't ever be coming back here.

  My order was entirely incorrect, but the most alarming part was that I had bitten into raw bacon on my burger, which tasted like completely raw meat. I had to cook the bacon myself to show the difference in the way it was cooked, and the management showed a complete lack of concern for public health. Consuming raw pork can lead to illness, and their negligence could have serious consequences. The first picture was of it raw, and the second was after I cooked it to show the difference. It's ridiculous.
