  Ordered online. I stated no sour cream bc I am allergic. I get back to work and it’s sour cream on my burrito bowl . Whole lunch wasted . I will just drive to the Forum location since this one can’t follow simple directions!

  I went in today for a burrito bowl and I was charged double when I clearly said half carnitas and half Barbaqoa and the worker proceeded to charge me extra although I never asked for extra and not only that but I came home and found a bug in my food, disgusting!please be more attent about the food and more professional

  How are you brand new and don’t have any supplies. Why would you make a whole salad knowing you don’t have any dressing in the building? Why wouldn’t you state that before making a salad? Why waste my time and the companies product because now you have to throw a freshly made salad away. Common sense would say let the customer know before making the salad that you are out of dressing. I don’t recommend this location the competency level is at an all time low.

  Grand opening and understaffed. 1 person working up front. There is no indication of where the line starts. Everyone was confused. The menu is out of sight where the line is, so you can't know what to eat while standing in line. The server used the same gloves to touch food, the pos system, her face, and cash. I wanted nachos, they dont make nachos but I didnt know that as I couldn't see the menu. They made me nachos, however the serving size was small and came to $18. I just walked out and wont be returning.

  This is my 2nd time at this location I only place my order through the app & nobody is ever at the pick up I don’t understand what the hold up is clearly nobody understands that we only get 30 mins of lunch yet I still have to drive here & then drive back to eat at my office the amount time I still have to wait in line full or people. Service is very terrible no employees greeks one other staff looks miserable
