- BBBrickle3 days ago1.0There was 2 people working. One in the back restocking the paper towels for 20 minutes while the line is out the door. The worker is moving so slow and the other worker is just walking around doing nothing. No acknowledgment and terrible service. DO NOT COME HERE

I use my point to get a free chip and dip and they said I scam the wrong one and did not let me get it ! They said I will have to re order again and spend 5$ AFTER I ALREADY SPENT MONEY ON MY MEAL . The manager Ashely had NO EMPATHY and the cashier that was working her and him talked about it like they didn’t care . I felt if I was a different race it would have been different! Very very upset

- AVAnthony VolpeAug 16, 20264.0Food is always good but they need more staff in the front lines. Been here maybe 10 times since it opened and more than half it’s been busy with only 1 person making the burritos/bowls while also replacing the ingredients. Staff is always friendly tho.

The customer service is poor, the restaurant isn’t kept clean, and the overall experience falls well below what you’d expect from Chipotle. I understand new locations have growing pains, but after several months, these issues should have been addressed. Management needs to make significant improvements if they want to keep customers coming back.
