She left the lid halfway left off of my bowl, as well as several of others bowls. On top of that, the counter she was working on was extremely dirty and the gloves she used to close our bowls were covered in food. She also told the customer before me that the reason her bowl was left halfway open was because her bowls had too much food, even though her bowl had the normal amount of food. She can benefit from sanitation training/proper food handling training and basic customer service skills training.

There were three women in the mobile order line and they were making a lot of mistakes. The time was 6:30pm on 4/14/26. I didn’t check my mobile order since I was rushing to get home and it was completely incorrect. I tried to call the restaurant, but there’s no response. I couldn’t eat the food since it had dairy products. I won’t be coming back. If the manager happens to see this message, I have photos and order information to show that the order was not correct. I hope you will better train your workers so this won’t happen to others.
