  Juan clearly doesn't know how to work drive-thru and he never pays attention to delivery pickup lane I just watched him take orders on headset put chicken patties in the fryer close the freezer twice before attending to our lane then he still said to wait a moment and started preparing it unacceptable this happens whenever he's working it the ladies never let this happen

  The burgers and chicken sandwiches are NEVER fresh. Today when I went to get mozzarella sticks the male worker that had on True Religion jeans had a nasty attitude and told me I couldn’t get water.🤣 He had on the whole true religion outfit at work.

  The worst checkers in Atlanta area especially at night I came 2 nights in a row to pick up my mobile order 1st night Juan that looks like Wario was on his phone with his back turned towards window not paying attention at all 5 mins later he turns around and acts surprised and approaches window mind you he likes to play with his twisted mustache and keeps touching his headset and uses those same hands to handle the food. 2nd night which was tonight on 3/9 again I pull up to mobile order drive thru window and it was a car in front of me I literally waited 15 mins for the car in front of me to receive their order totally unacceptable

  Rude and inconsiderate. On several occasions I’ve heard the employee having personal conversations through the drive thru speaker while taking the order.
