I have been coming to this location for a long time and have always had nothing but great food and great service! I come weekly at that. But my last 2 visits I have noticed a big change in the atmosphere. Its clear management has changed (new staff, things have been moved around, etc). But today I witnessed 2 of the front girls talking loudly about another customer, rudely making faces at a customer, both have headphones in (while taking orders and working), floor is dirty and one of the girls is eating (where they make or handle food)... with that being said she went from eating to handling food to taking a customer WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. All around just surprisingly upsetting. The previous manager was superb and never saw anything of the sort. With the given bad attitudes from the girls up front, lack of hygiene and food safety.. I dont think I'll be coming back. Thank you for the great previous experiences!

Won’t be going back to Tin drum. I always enjoy the food but the last couple of times we have been in the service has been sub par. Today my family and I went to the restaurant. The associate who was taking the order acted like we were bothering her and it was an inconvenience to take care of us. We decided to walk out and will never be back to this location.

Best expensive I've had at this location in a while My wife and I spent about an hour here for lunch on 9/6 the food was great the atmosphere was terrific mostly due to that young lady with the accent that took time to interact with every table in an almost full lobby great job tin drum

I had a terrible experience with the light skinned, heavy set young lady with the long blonde boho braids. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AT ALL! I believe she worked the evening shift because I came around 6:30. She was very rude and sarcastic. Didn’t even want to be approached like we were annoying her by asking questions about the menu. She was so annoyed she made my drink wrong and taste horrible then told me I didn’t tell her I wanted Boba in my tea. I did tell her but she cut me off so fast. She went back and forth with me about something so minute without attempting to just fix the order. Then threw my food to me with a smirk on her face. I started to throw it back to her and make her refund my money but remembered ahead didn’t make it because I don’t eat food from people with bad energy. Please retrain her or get rid of her because I am telling everyone I know not to go with her there with that attitude. August 31,2026
