  We visited Pizza Hut in Newnan, GA on Saturday. When we arrived, there was a beautifully decorated 30th birthday party set up in the lobby for one of the crew members. It was great to see the staff celebrating a milestone and showing appreciation for their team. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the festive atmosphere. After placing our order, we decided to dine in, but the dining room tables were dirty. I ended up having to clean my own table before we could sit down and eat. When our pizza was ready, the cashier simply placed it on the counter without providing any napkins, plates, or dining essentials. I had to ask for napkins, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese—which, by the way, were an additional charge. I am all for celebrating employee birthdays, but it seemed like the staff was more focused on the party than on taking care of customers. A clean dining area and basic customer service should still be a priority. I hope the General Manager reads this and uses it as a training opportunity. The food was good, but the overall dine-in experience left a lot to be desired

  Ordered a pizza online. Was shown with delivery it would be half an hour. I called an hour later to get an update because it hadn't shown. I call four times to have the line ring until it hangs up. I choose a different option and get a help desk. The first agent was unhelpful asking if I went to the store first to track down the delivery order, and the manager up next called the store to find out they were closed due to technical difficulties and would not be making the pizza. They did not refund the pizza automatically, they did not alert us there was an issue, and their only recourse was "things happen". Order 180962143. We frequent this store, but odds are we will not be returning because of the severe lack of customer service, the inability to get someone on the phone that's actually at the store, and honestly, declining quality of food. Now I have to hope someone from a help desk actually canceled the order and I get my money back, because the website sure doesn't show that refund.
