  I stopped going to the Pizza Hut near my house at Thomas Crossroads.. This location on Jefferson Street is so much better and the toppings are generous! 😁

  Don’t order here! They don’t wear gloves and undercook pizza constantly. Look at this. Are you even inspecting orders before they are sent out? I called and the manager said it’s not their problem because it was ordered through door dash. However, it was cooked at your location. Ridiculous! Photos show how uncooked t pizza is and me trying to recook it

  Drove an hour and a half for the “nostalgic Pizza Hut” experience and I can’t even begin to explain how hilariously disappointed we were. Zero effort or even the slightest bit of work done to make this the classic vibe being sold online for this location. Truly a joke. Not even a tablecloth to be found, much less a Tiffany style light fixture. Do better. This was such an easy assignment.

  We visited Pizza Hut in Newnan, GA on Saturday. When we arrived, there was a beautifully decorated 30th birthday party set up in the lobby for one of the crew members. It was great to see the staff celebrating a milestone and showing appreciation for their team. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the festive atmosphere. After placing our order, we decided to dine in, but the dining room tables were dirty. I ended up having to clean my own table before we could sit down and eat. When our pizza was ready, the cashier simply placed it on the counter without providing any napkins, plates, or dining essentials. I had to ask for napkins, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese—which, by the way, were an additional charge. I am all for celebrating employee birthdays, but it seemed like the staff was more focused on the party than on taking care of customers. A clean dining area and basic customer service should still be a priority. I hope the General Manager reads this and uses it as a training opportunity. The food was good, but the overall dine-in experience left a lot to be desired
