  Great taste and usually great cook. Ordered DoorDash pizza and wings Pizza was to be well done/ crispy. It was way undercooked. Makes me think they rushed for Door Dash

  I ordered food from here for the second time in 2 months and my order was messed up every time.. wrong fries an a whole hamburger but on sub bread! I called had a lady named Pamela she was gonna have my order remade a delivered to me I called back almost 40 mins later and she lied about making the order an it being delivered!!

  Ordered two sandwiches one arrived one didn't. Did the online process of letting them know we needed a refund.. Nothing happened. Called the restaurant and was told the manager would call us back. Still waiting. Ridiculous customer service ! The sandwich was $16 we are entitled to a refund! This has happened at other restaurants and they don't hesitate to correct the problem. Not Peoples Choice. Its unbelievable how bad customer service is. We shouldn't have to beg for a refund of food that we never got. Absolutely will never eat there again !

  Did not receive one sandwich out of my order 3 nights ago. Filled out the online form - twice now - and no acknowledgment at all. Called and left a message for the manager because the person answering did not know how to refund. No call back. Still no refund.

  This is the first time I have ordered from People's Choice in over 5 years and I'm honestly not sure why I stopped. They've always had great food/pizzas. Tonight, we ordered a Choice pizza and a Lasagna pizza. They were bought great. Plus, the upgrades to the website made the experience so much better than their competitors. They were also were great about keeping us updated. I will definitely start ordering from them again.
