The door was locked when we walked up and after asking why they were closed early, the employee responded with "I'm having a personal issue". We expressed some frustration with this response but walked back to the car and the employee flipped us the middle finger after she locked the door. Don't waste your money here. I hope this location gets shut down

Order per app has been ready for over 20 mins just waiting on a driver apparently. Called to verify order and said it’s been ready just waiting on door dash to pick up because they have no delivery drivers and was told my order would be prioritized. Order has now changed with an eta delivery of 6:50. Spent over $40 to receive COLD pizza! The fact they charge $4.99 for the delivery fee and didn’t even receive food in a timely manner and arrived COLD not freshly baked is insane! Bobby the so called manager needs to learn some customer service skills and not hang up on people! This will be our last time ordering from Papa John’s!

- CSCAPTA7N SHADOWJun 4, 20263.0I’m giving this a 3 star review because I had went to papa John’s on 285 Temple ave E in Newnan Ga and sat in my car trying to place an online order around 9:50 pm to only get a message saying they were closed and online the hours say they close at 11pm on a Thursday. Also there was a door dasher trying to pick up an order and wait like 10-15 minutes and no one came to the door. The place looks empty. I spoke to the door dasher and apparently the store closes early or the worker closes early . Is just upsetting for the for dashers trying to pick up an order for a customer named “AMID” And by the way not just one dasher but 3 dashers came to pick up the same order . Thursday June 4
