  Order from Papa John's and they canceled the order without contacting me an hour after ordering the pizza at the time it was to be delivered. 0 stars never again.

  Sometimes when you order pizzas from here they decide to wait an hour and then cancel your order without calling or giving a reason. If you would like to get some nice yummy pizza for your belly you should go to marcos or little ceasars or hungry howies or any of the other pizza places in the newnan area that will actually make a pizza and bring it to your house.

  How do I even begin? Well I paid over $130 for absolutely disappointment. Usually I go with Marco's, boy do I have regrets for choosing otherwise. I ordered several hours in advance while at work for a 7pm delivery. That way it would be already on the way with no worries, or so I had hoped. At 7:15 it had not arrived so I called to check, the automated prompt said 7:10. So I stayed on hold to talk to a person. I waited 20 min. Then when someone did answer I wasn't greeted and all I heard was background noise. When I said hello, I heard a faint voice that sounded as though it came from across the kitchen. I shouted what I was calling for and then vaguely heard the voice say they were working on my order. 8pm my order finally arrived. The disappointment didn't end there. The pizzas look like they had been assembled and cooked by a kindergarten class. The pizzas were supposed to be XL but they were oval in shaped and I can onlg assume cut by a blind person. Toppings were poorly distributed with some areas completely lacking. The bbq chicken pizza I ordered had a random pepperoni on it; none of my 4 pizzas had pepperoni even as a topping. DO NOT USE GLENDA TRACE!!!! I hope to have my money back after the complaint I filed on the website for Papa John's but I'm not holding my breath.

  If there was a rating labeled "Never Again", then that would be my choice. The customer service is horrible here. The "confused about their gender" person behind the counter was too busy labeling boxes to even acknowledge me when I walked in to pick up my pizzas. Their hair was not properly restrained. (After reading the previous review about hair baked in the pizza, I knew exactly who they were talking about) The other 2 employees made eye contact but never said a word to me. I saw that my pizzas were ready and sitting on the shelf under the heatlamp. When I saw that a car had pulled up to the drive-thru pick-up window, I had to ask to get my order. Employees need to wear hairnets and gloves when they are working with food that is being served to the public. I am absolutely disgusted and will not be returning to this Papa John's location.

  My experience at this Papa John’s location store number “2540” was AMAZING!!! Seth Pino and the staff are always soo.. nice when I come through to pick up my order. Seth does a GREAT job with making the pizzas, food, Etc!!! My food is always on time, hot, and delicious when I come through to pick it up. The staff is also very friendly and makes Sure that I am a satisfied customer!!!
