  Messed up our DoorDash order after our dasher specifically asked if everything was correct. They said yes. Now they won’t answer the phone. Save your money

  If I could give lower I would. They ruined our kids dinner for K-pop night. Won’t return my call and there employees are rude! $40 down the drain !!!

  I came on Saturday night May 2nd around 11:15p I sat at the Drive Thru speaker looking at the menu for about five minutes when nobody said anything, I called the store, a lady answered the phone rudely, I asked hello what time do you close ma'am, she stated 11p I said well ma'am your window and website says 12a she stated, I'm aware but we are closed. Very rude especially for a pregnant woman. And if it is true that the establishment closes earlier than what's stated Corporate or the Area Coach may want to update the website and the GM may want to consider putting up new times and holidays (POP) on the window they ones that are up now have been scratched off because they didn't know how to properly remove it. I suggest a pop up on this night crew for closing earlier than what's expected of the company. I went around front to take pictures of the times posted on each door. Mind you people or family members were in and out of the restaurant, they were not employees as they were dressed in street clothing. Even if they were employed they shouldn't have been let in the building after hours and not on the clock this is coming from a General Manager of a competitive restaurant. Let's just say Very disappointing.

  The girl at the window was rude when I asked for extra butter. She had an attitude. I did not receive my hash brown that I ordered. The orange juice taste like they added water to it. Not a great experience at all
