  More than half the food from my order was missing. Went to complain to manager and she couldn't be bothered. Barked what was missing? When she was told she barked orders and walked away never acknowledged me again. Still didn't get everything but was so disgusted I left.

  The kids play area has the most obnoxious and loud whistle sound to notify you there a camera. It goes off every 2 to 3 minutes. Oh and like the rest of mcdonalds locations this sticker means nothing. If you use the table service they will list scream your name from the counter until you pick up your food. Always higher prices, always lower service.

  I went to this branch today and was treated terribly; they mocked me, were racist, and got our order wrong. We paid, but they didn't give us our complete meal.

  The Manager was SO RUDE!!!! We forgot to press “I’m here” in the app. When the employee mentioned it to the Manager, she yells for everyone to hear - “they’re grown folk, if they don’t know how to use the app, thats not all fault!” Then when she gave my husband the order, she dropped it on the counter and turned around and walked away. No “Sorry for the wait/misunderstanding” or “have a good night”. If this is the Manager, what type of example is she setting for her team? What a pathetic example for MANAGEMENT! What if she was serving a sweet, old couple?? And I see other recent poor reviews about management, so not only is she horrible but corporate as well since they allow it!
