  On Saturday May 16th my sisters and I decided to get Mcdonalds for dinner around 6:30 and we went through the Drive Thru, The lady taking orders was a little rude and seemed annoyed by our order but I decided to brush it off she then proceeds to ask if everything on the screen was correct and It was, I payed at the 1st window and was given my change but no receipt, then when I pulled up to the 2nd window to get our food and drinks I was handed 3 Dr. Peppers instead of 2 Dr. Peppers and a Sweet tea, when the girl at the 2nd window opened it again I politely told her one of the drinks was supposed to be a sweet tea and she responded with “well it says you ordered 3 Dr. Peppers” with an attitude and I was confused because I made sure everything was right on the screen before pulling up, I was going to brush off the drink being wrong but then I decided to park and make sure the food was right and I ended up missing Chicken nuggets, and one of the fries was a small instead of a large and I decided to go inside because now I'm missing stuff I paid for, I went inside and the lady at the counter did not have an attitude and she was nice enough to get us the chicken nuggets and fix the drinks, but then the two girls who were at the windows were complaining and saying stuff like “shes lying” “You paid for a small fry instead of large” “You paid for a Dr Pepper instead of a Sweet Tea” but the price of a Sweet Tea and Dr Pepper are the same? The two girls at the windows are rude and the one whose taller and heavier needs to get her attitude checked because she’ll end up acting the way she did towards the wrong person, but I praise the lady at the counter for being understanding and patient with us but from now on Im taking pictures of the order screen, getting my receipts, and going above and beyond with getting proof on what I ordered because I know what was on that screen before I pulled up and they were trying to make me out to be a liar for no reason.

  If I could put -3 star i different would there was a hour before close and the speaker was say they was closed but online said they was open and so did the door pulled around 3 time 2ed time to the window the guy was very rude and over talked us the whole time told us that the lady was back there taking orders and he could not take are order to pull back around so we did to the same msg sat there for 5 to 10 mins with No one at the speaker pulled back around to the window for a lady finally coming to the window to tell us that she was the only one there and she was trying to do all the things on her own and we done seen the man and a lady walking in side from outside sitting in a van when we was at the window the first time then she was back out there the second time but finally placed the order and the buns was hard and burger was burnt and the lady was not very kind either

  Drive thru window - Female employee on cellphone when we drove up to pick-up window. Her customer service unacceptable. Out of ice cream at 4pm. Coffee was cold. Had to go Iinside to ensure fresh coffee was made. This will definitely be our last visit.

  Horrible attitude over the phone before we could even place an order. We called just to make sure they were open and even from that call they were flat out rude. We still placed a doordash order as there just arent many options. I work night shift and my boyfriends a retired veteran, so we do have to do late night orders often. He got a meal, i just wanted a mcflurry. Of course they “had to ice cream” aka they shut it down over an hour before closing. I get it, its mcdonalds im used to it, but when we called they told us to cancel our whole order then hung up. It took over 30 minutes of non stop calling to get them to answer again. Finally got them to answer and the guy kept talking over us. Its not the missing item thats upsetting, its the treatment to customers.

  I had a really great experience at the McDonald’s on Hwy 29 (Exit 41) in Newnan. The gentleman working the drive-thru was incredibly kind and provided excellent customer service. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely brightens your day, but he did just that. He was friendly, attentive, and even told me to drive safe before I left, which I really appreciated. Small gestures like that make a big difference—thank you for the great service!
