  This was my first time visiting Jimmy John’s and unfortunately the experience wasn’t great. I mentioned to the staff that it was my first visit, but I didn’t feel welcomed or guided through the ordering process. The cashier didn’t acknowledge that it was my first time, and I had to ask about the rewards program myself instead of being informed about it. The service felt rushed, and my sandwich was ready very quickly, which made it seem like it may have already been prepared. The lettuce also didn’t look very fresh. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and don’t plan on returning.

  No French bread at 7pm. Already overcommitted the resource. Best they could do was a wheat sandwich with two slices for $8. I won’t be back.

  Manager named AJ was very rude and does not know how to treat employees at all! It makes me very uncomfortable when I walk in to a public place and hear a manager down an employee… just completely unprofessional. I understand being a manager is stressful but if your not up for the job then quit.
