My family of 3 stopped by on our way to Florida a few weeks ago. The restaurant was perfectly clean, the food was fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent. We ate a LOT of breadsticks, and they didn't let us run out while we were there.

My wife has a debilitating auto immune disease. There’s not many places she can eat out at. She loves Fazoli’s and was extremely happy to find out one was coming here. In the past we’ve eaten in. We’ve checked the time and always ensure we go in plenty of time before they close. Yet, each time they are closing the dining room down and placing the chairs on the tables around us. It is what it is. We’ve both worked in restaurants. Today we had the food delivered, because of how badly she was feeling. Our meals showed up, the breadsticks that came with the meals showed up. I ordered an extra order of twelve breadsticks, because that’s all she wanted. Unfortunately it didn’t arrive. I wasn’t too upset until I looked at the ticket, to see that there is an actual checklist to ensure order is correct. Nothing was checked off. We can deal with the bland taste this location prides themselves on, because we can make it taste good at home. However, just being lazy and not filling orders correctly is just ridiculous

The food was absolutely disgusting and unappetizing. The service workers were great but short staffed. I cannot express how bad the food is here though. Just spend a bit more and go to Mama Lucia's or Italian Oven, or good grief, even Olive Garden would exceed the taste of this food. Absolutely vile. Three people and the bill was $60 - we did tip $5 to staff's jar, but all they did was bring the food out and that was it

Food is good and prices are affordable. Staff is pleasant. The restaurant is hard to see from the main road, so you almost miss it unless you know it is there.

We love this place. The bread sticks are excellent, and all the pasta I have had is very good. It has never been super busy when we have eaten here. I think because you can't really see it from Bullsboro. Definitely worth a visit and the prices are very reasonable.
