  Horrible customer service experience. I visited on 05/13 around 10 a.m., and both employees working the drive-thru were rude and had unpleasant attitudes. I was trying to describe a donut I wanted but didn’t know the exact name of it. I explained that I was looking for a chocolate cake-style donut, emphasizing that I wanted one with chocolate in it. Instead of listening carefully, the employee assumed I wanted something else and handed me two donuts that had no chocolate at all. When I politely explained the mistake and tried again to describe what I was looking for, the employee became impatient and kept repeatedly asking questions in a rude tone instead of helping me figure it out. I explained that I was unsure of the wording and just needed a little assistance, but the interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful the entire time. To make matters worse, the donuts tasted horrible, and my bagel was cold with an excessive amount of cream cheese on it. After having to replace the donuts, there was no apology or acknowledgment. The employee handed me the bag without saying anything, and I could hear yelling in the back about the drive-thru times taking too long, along with rude comments about not having chocolate frosting donuts available. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable, disappointing, and unprofessional experience.

  Was standing at the counter waiting to be greeted by the 2 girls working there and had already placed a mobile order prior to getting there. They were to busy with the drive thru and took the last donut I had already picked out before they took care of the person in the drive thru then proceeded to tell me we don’t have anymore of the said donut. VERY RUDE. No one had good customer service from the time I walked in the door. Highly disappointed.

  It’s was very dirty,there was liquid all over the floor. The workers used a dirty spoon to stir my drinks. The donuts were stale and gross. The workers had no hairnets while dealing with my food.

  Ella and Jordan were so helpful! Told Ella to surprise me because I wasn’t for sure what I wanted, and she made me an awesome Butter Pecan Shaken Espresso with cold foam, highly recommend! Jordan also had amazing service. Will definitely come to this location more often!

  I swear, it's every other morning at Dunkin' that's a struggle. I get that they're swamped, but there's this one guy who's always so rude and seems super on edge. Plus, he's always on his phone! Like, can't he just be a little nicer and put the phone away? It's not that hard to be polite and attentive, even when you're busy.
