  Ordered online, got the pizza home , no pizza sauce on my pizza, we are very REGULAR CUSTOMER, called the store and told the guy that Answered GLADLY WILL I BRING IT BACK, and says I have to see the pizza tour brining back first before I'll even begin amother pizza!! Like we were lying, very unprofessional

  I ordered online. I walked in. I wasn't greeted. I gave him my name. He came back put the pizza box on the counter and walked away. RUDE RUDE RUDE! I order from dominos often (NOT THIS LOCATION "CLEARLY") First and last visit at this location...Rude staff. My pizza wasn't good. Pizza sauce is included on the pizza RIGHT.??...There was BARELY ANY! Which caused it to be extremely DRY! This location is an insult to pizza lovers! NEVER AGAIN!! I should have taken my hard earned money to pizza hut!!

  We ordered 4 or 5 pizzas and some chicken from this location while visiting family in Newnan a week ago, and they sent us a hand tossed cheese pizza instead of the Hawaiian thin crust we ordered. When calling the store, they said we should bring back the pizza so they can give us the one we actually ordered. Seriously Domino's?!? That's your answer to fixing a mistake that YOU made? Mistakes happen; I get that, but they handled this situation very poorly. In the end, the pizza we didn't order went in the garbage, unfortunately, and we were out the money we paid for the Hawaiian pizza we never received. I'm glad the Domino's location where we live in Cumming, GA takes better care of their customers. If the store manager in Newnan sees this and wants to reach out, please do...

  First time ordering and whoever I spoke to on the phone sounded like a man…. He was very rude after I asked what’s taking my order so long to deliver considering I live 5mins from the store… the dasher has been delivering for over 30mins now to farther places when I could’ve been served considering I’m 5mins away now my pizza will probably be cold I should’ve read the reviews before I even ordered because this place sounds horrible!! SHUT IT DOWN!! Replace EVERYONE!!!
