  I went in around 10:43PM and the front counter lady was making an order for somebody and made a slick comment about how people “always wanna come in late at night.” When I walked up, she told me it was gonna be a 15-minute wait for brown rice without even greeting me. I walked out to my car, then I saw a guy come get the brown rice container and refill it, so I went back inside. I asked the lady with the pink hair what kind of rice it was and she said brown. While she was making a mobile order, she started using profanity and saying the F slur “I messed up Again” while Im standing there holding a baby. Like, have some decency for the people around you. Then I looked at the lady who told me it was gonna be wait and she looked at me by the register and rolled her eyes at me. I get the same chicken and steak bowl almost every time, and it’s usually $17–$22, but somehow I paid $30.40 this time for 1 bowl. If i knew it was gonna be that much I would’ve went to Texas roadhouse or longhorn. On top of that, she was being extremely selfish with my portions the rice was undercooked, the steak was chewy, and the chicken was cold. For $30.40, I definitely expected better food and way better customer service. The attitudes and disrespect were completely unnecessary.

  I tried to call and make sure they didn't put any onions on my girlfriend's burrito bowl. They didn't answer the phone. Upon recieving my food. They put fresh tomato salsa (WE DID NOT ORDER) all over her bowl. And didnt realize it until it was too late. Shes allergic to onions. They gave us a small queso instead of the large. Gave us chili lime chips instead of regular. This was just an utter complete mess. But hey. I but they made it out of work in time 👍

  Didn't know you could get the entire order completely opposite of the actual order. Not only were entire meals missing from the order, but along with EVERYTHING having the wrong toppings, sides, etc.. somehow instead of a steak burrito that should have had steak, cheese and queso, you made a RICE BURRITO. Not rice added on.. a burrito of JUST RICE.

  Arguably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle. The staff have no idea what they’re doing and extremely rude. To the point where they made us pay for additional food they had made accidentally or else they wouldn’t give us anything. Arguably illegal.

  Service line staff often seem a bit agitated but still considerate. The fact that chips don't come with the meal is a little weird. And there is no way to tip on a credit card purchase. Come to think of it That's probably why they're agitated.
