  Food was good. Mesha ROCKED b/c she was sweet, smiling, and listened to our questions! Atmosphere... it's a busy place, but pretty clean. Will be back.

  I came here three times. The first time I ordered a bowl and the rice was undercooked,food cold. Second time I ordered a bowl food seem old and room temperature almost. Third time I ordered three steak tacos and again the food seem old as if its been sitting out. All three time hardly any protein. I remember the food was way better I dont know what happened. The only thing that's worth it is the tea so far. I wish this place get better because I was so happy they came to this location because I take lunch breaks in this area. Hope things get better.

  When we walked in, there were several employees behind the counter, but the overall atmosphere felt completely disconnected. There was no music playing, the staff barely spoke, nobody greeted us, and the employees just worked in silence without making eye contact. The first employee in the line never smiled, acknowledged or spoke to us even though he was there to take our order. I had to initiate the ordering process. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and he made a kids cheese quesadilla instead. I initially assumed maybe I had communicated poorly, so I just rolled with it since one of my kids could eat it. I then tried to order an adult chicken quesadilla (which I order regularly at our hometown Chipotle). The place somehow went even quieter, like I had unknowingly crossed a line by asking for it. Suddenly there were confused looks, people staring, and an unofficial “spokesperson” employee emerged from the back to inform me that it’s a “digital only” menu item. Fine, apparently that’s true, but we were literally the only customers there at the time, and there was no attempt to help offer a solution or provide any customer service whatsoever. The entire interaction was so bizarre it was almost funny. From there, things only got worse. Even though I said we were dining in, the order was prepared as to-go. At checkout, the cashier asked whether I wanted chips or fruit with the kids meal. I clearly said fruit, yet he immediately put chips on the tray with no explanation. When I asked why he didn’t give me fruit, he said he didn’t know if they even had any until another employee overheard and said it was “in the back.” The whole interaction was again bizarre. I also had to ask THREE separate times for my fountain drink cup. When I finally got it, the employee asked if I wanted ice because he would “have to go to the back” since the dining room ice machine wasn’t working. Then the Coke from the fountain machine was completely flat - went straight to the trash can. The trash cans were overflowing and there were no napkins or forks stocked in the dining area (had to go back to the counter for the 3rd time for help). We also were not given a receipt. The entire staff moved around like zombies with no urgency, communication, or awareness of customers and the state of the dining area. I normally love Chipotle, but this location was shockingly bad from start to finish. Judging by the other reviews, this unfortunately doesn’t seem like an isolated incident.

  Food was really good. We bought a family take out with some adds. The kitchen was really busy even though there weren't many dining inside. Weren't acknowledged when entering and app had shown food was ready but the kitchen hadn't started preparing. Also, dining room was so dirty and needed cleaning, I'm glad my wife was not with us or we wouldn't likely be going back.
