  It said clearly that the school spirit BOGO was “3pm-close” and they are over here trying to say it’s over “because the sign is down”. Sorry that’s not how it works.

  The experience was so uncomfortable lol. I have worked in food myself up until a few months ago and I never write reviews but it was that bad. 1. Staff seems disorganized and have attitudes. Absolutely no smiles, a hello, or anything even when approached with kindness. 2. My boyfriend asked about his online order to which the worker just looked at him and walked away. (They did not inform him his food, which was a quesadilla, was not being made since they had no cheese.) 3. After waiting and waiting for his order I finally went up to ask about it, and that’s when I discovered myself they had cheese now and asked for some for myself as well as ask about his food. That’s when the manager I’m assuming let me know that his quesadilla was now being made. (Should have told him that right off the bat when he told them he ordered online) but it’s whatever we’ll wait. 4. When he finally receives his quesadilla it is slapped in a bowl and the rice and vinaigrette were missing…. I then had to go up again for the 2nd time and ask for it. Only then was i informed “oh we’re out of vinaigrette” This in a whole was a 20 minute process, which should have been 10 at most since no other customers were in the building at this time. Even though there were multiple mistakes made by staff, they still seemed to have attitudes and almost seemed allergic to smiling. I don’t think I’ll be going back. It seems unorganized, lack of proper training and supervision, and overall an uncomfortable vibe. This is all coming from someone who has worked in the industry for a long time. That’s all.

  Placed an online order at 454PM for 520PM pickup. Arrived to drive-thru not moving. When I received the notification my order was ready, I decided to parked and went inside. Online order stickers were all over glass, and none had been made - employees were clicking complete on all orders to fake meeting metrics. Additionally, they had the online ordering station completely empty (this is supposed to help speed things up). They served all the customers in line first, so I got in line. Then when I got to the front and said I had an online order, they didn’t acknowledge me for several minutes. I finally spoke up and said my order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. 21 minutes after my order ready time, I walked out the door. When I finally ate, it had no guac. This location isn’t listed in Chipotle’s feedback section, so I cannot contact Chipotle - maybe that’s by design? So disappointing.

  Waited 45 minutes in the chipotlane with no response and had to go inside to get help. Even then, the employees avoided customers and ignored the long drive thru line, where most left without getting their food. For whatever reason, the restaurant was at a standstill for nearly an hour while employees wandered around without any guidance.

  Placed an online order and upon arrival found that the employees marked it as ready for pickup when they had not even started making it yet. Food was not ready until 21 minutes after the pick up time, and they also forgot an ingredient. When I tried to seek resolution through the automated Pepper chat, it will not assist because the store lied and marked it as completed on time. Was optimistic about this new Chipotle, but unfortunately it is as poorly run as the rest.
