- KRKenneth R4 days ago5.0This is really a nice Chick-fa-la. People were great and had no problems helping all the customers during what looked like an extremely busy time for them. You could visually see the teamwork in action to serve every customers needs!
- EMEmily McDougalMay 4, 20263.0I’ve had very mixed experiences at this Chick-fil-A location. During the daytime/lunch shift, they are AMAZING. Orders are always accurate, the staff is friendly, and they go above and beyond—even when I make slightly unusual requests (like a bowl of pickles). That team is seriously on top of it. Unfortunately, the dinner/night shift has been consistently disappointing. Items are often missing—my pickles, salad dressing, and even sauces—and there’s a noticeable difference in attention to detail and overall care with orders. It feels like a training and consistency issue between shifts. As a former Chick-fil-A employee, I know the level of service that’s expected, which is why the difference stands out so much. I really appreciate how great the daytime team is—I just wish that same level of accuracy and care carried over into the evening.

They are very apologetic when they're correcting it but then I still get the wrong food. This is the third time that it's happened. And in this economy I don't want to waste my money on something if I'm not getting exactly what I pay for.

Every time the fruit cups barely cover the bottom of the bowl these days and now...where are the blueberries? Not one! I had three orange slices...woo-hoo! I have basically stopped coming except for my granddaughter... She doesn't understand the issues... And how do you drag a child into them and tell her "No." ... But eventually, I will.
