My children and I stopped in on our way to a family vacation(6-17-2026)and ordered two kids’ meals with specialty lemonades. We were told the drinks could be substituted, were charged extra, and then received the wrong drinks. After bringing it to the staff’s attention, multiple employees attempted to correct the order, but the situation became increasingly confusing. We were questioned about what we had received despite having the receipt, and by the time the correct drinks were finally brought out, my children had already finished their meals. The most disappointing part of the experience was the interaction with the manager, Lauren McGuire. While she acknowledged there were “training opportunities,” her overall response felt dismissive and uninterested in resolving the customer experience. Rather than focusing on making things right after several mistakes had occurred, the conversation became defensive. There was no ownership of the situation, no genuine apology for the inconvenience, and no effort to restore confidence in the experience. What stood out most was that this did not reflect the Chick-fil-A standard of hospitality and customer service that I have consistently experienced at other locations. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because the team could benefit from additional training on order accuracy, problem resolution, and customer care.

They had these useless kids working there they forget my fries forget my straws I’m half way home before I notice only to then wait another 10 minutes to get the fastest thing to cook on your menu. So I just spent 36 dollars for poor service poor customer recovery and all I get is a stupid free cookie? Only to then get home my food is now cold and guess what they still forgot the straws I asked for but hey “my pleasure” right?
