  I don’t normally do reviews like this but something had to be said, low key the best hamburger I’ve had in a long time. Mushroom and Swiss burger, they do a garlic aioli and honey mustard on the burger which I was super apprehensive about but it is a phenomenal combo. Whoever cooked that combo up in r&d deserves a raise. Service was more than adequate, friendly and quick. Don’t sleep on BWW.

  Worse experience for mother's day. Got endless apps only to get served twice. We both orders chips and queso only to get it on one tray with one cup of cheese. Sat for over an hr to not get everything else we ordered or get anymore apps or drinks. I really wasted my money and left hungry. Food that we did get wasn't bad but mozzarella sticks wasn't hot

  Came in tonight with my sister and daughter, for a girl's early Mother's day dinner. The place wasnt packed. Had ample tables available. It had been a while since I've been there, but got excited about the endless appetizers. We ordered the mix and match endless appetizers (mozzarella sticks and onion rings) with our drinks and wound up getting them right before our food. It was over 37 min (was told by our waiter how long it had been) before a manager came out to apologize for the delay. I will not comment the waiter's name because I think he looked overwhelmed. Not sure if he was new or not but he was not attentive at all. He did say he checked on the appetizers and never saw them (after the manager came to our table) and put in the order AGAIN. PETER (a manager) came out and said they apparently went to another table that ordered the same thing we did. Thirty-seven minutes and you still dont see them? We had to ask another waitress where our appetizers were before the manager came out. We were understanding because we know how it can be sometimes. If you are a waitress/waiter, your job/money depend on your tables. Just check on them and make sure they have what they need. I will say the food was great. Our table had wings, the patty melt, and the saucy chicken sandwich. The manager coming over redeemed the restaurant as a whole, but I hope that our waiter was just having an off day or just overwhelmed. Even after, finally getting the to-go boxes, we didnt get a check nor did we see him again. We just paid on the kiosk and left.

  Boyfriend and I went to eat on friday , and had the best service from our waitress! The food was taking a little longer than usual- around maybe 45 minutes or so, but our waitress made sure to provide us with everything we needed and made sure the kitchen prioritized our meals first. The manager also came out and apologized and was super kind by offering us dessert. Our server went above and beyond to make sure the situation was fixed and we left finishing a great meal with great service. I appreciate management and our waitress greatly!

  im unaware of the atmosphere, as i ordered doordash- but as a dasher myself i know this is restaurant based. not only did the food arrive cold, but we were missing paid for sides (from a sealed bag), as well as the food was not “properly” made, 90% of our wings had NO sauce (but the bottom of the togo container were full of it) our dasher on the other hand was great! our dogs didn’t even bark- with the door open and all! we have two dachshunds and a pit- so that says A LOT!
